Honestly probably the worst McDonald’s in the valley. Every time I go there I get ignored in the drive thru and as I’m sitting there another car will pull in the other lane and get their order taken before me even though I was already waiting, this has happened multiple times. Their staff is extremely incompetent. 5-6 cars pulled over to wait for their meals and staff comes out and walks to each car and asks if the order they’re carrying is theirs instead of having a system to know which car it goes to. If you go here, you’re guaranteed to leave irritated.

Ordered 2 mcDoubles no pickle( love pickles but I have no teeth)Of course 1 of them had pickles the other 1 didn’t. The wrapper was soaked in grease . They ran my card for the wrong order it was a few dollars more than mine. They supposedly was putting it back on my card. Needless to say my money isn’t back on my card. Even tho it’s a few $ every penny counts. And I got a receipt for a 1$ order. Well that’s just not acceptable. Never again. I used to work fast food if we served food looking like that and had no clue how to do our job and screamed upfront for help and had a rude attitude to the customers you would be fired on the spot. Managers need to train there staff correctly and get people that actually want to work

I have always loved McDonald’s since i was a kid, and to be honest, I don’t remember ever having a problem with this restaurant anywhere. I have traveled from Ohio to NC, Florida, Colorado, and every state in between. Stopped at McDonald’s during my travels and always getting the same thing – double cheese burger, fry, and a large diet drink. Have a wonderful day.

After waiting almost 20 minutes for my order of quarter pounder just cheese and a kids meal I get home and bite into this…Completely RAW inside. So I called the Cadiz Store and was told by manager “I’ll have to get on them”. Not once offered to make it right or compensate I any way. Returned yesterday and showed her a picture and she gave me an attitude like I was a burger villain. Never will I allow myself or children to eat at Cadiz McDonald’s again.
