2 days ago, I went here with my family. When we got home, we realized we were missing a big Mac. My boyfriend’s Mom called them and asked for the manager. He did not say his name, but he said he would write down her name and that she was to get a big Mac for free next time we come in. Today we went here, and did curbside. So we called them to ask if we could get our free big Mac. This was a different manager, and she also did not give her name. She said they had no record of her call, and that she wasn’t owed anything, even though she didn’t even ask for her name. My boyfriend’s Mom asked if she was sure and told the manager her name. The manager said nothing, and hung up on her. This was after 10 pm, July 2nd 2023.
