Waited 20 minutes for my food. People were coming in after me and got their food. I’m standing there. I told the lady a few times my number. Another lady finally came up and asked me about it. She found my food sitting on the counter in the back. Brought it to me, open the bag, put her hand on my fries and said ” eh their still hot”. Handed me the bag and said “have a nice day” I was like really? I told her I showed her my receipt and literally waited 20 minutes. Got someone’s fingers all on my food, wasn’t even given my drink while I waited and I get cold food and nothing! Discount next order, anything.

I’ve been here 3 times and they managed to mess up my order all 3 times as well. I worked fast food for years, I know it’s hard. But this is a pattern. Sandwiches wrong, forgot a fry, wrong drink, etc. Employees also arent particularly friendly. I see no reason to go back or to recommend it to anyone else.

I haven’t been to this place in years so I decided to stop buy on my way to work in the morning and pick up some breakfast. This has a nice redesign and two lanes for drive-thru which I used. everyone here was very nice and was dressed all festive for the holiday season. I barely had to wait through the drive-thru It wasn’t too busy at the time I went in the morning but everything turned out just as I ordered it. I didn’t get a chance to go inside I’m not sure if the lobby was open that early in the morning but I will definitely be returning back to give it a check out for lunch or dinner
