Wow, this location is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen! First, please remove the tacky automated thru greeting. It’s friendly and when the actual employee answers it’s a totally different vibe. Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for a large coke. People were pulling out of the drive thru line and leaving left and right. This location is losing a tremendous amount of business because of poor service. The current owner needs to sell this location to someone that actually knows how to run a quick service food restaurant.

My opinion is biased because I’ve never been a fan of McDonald’s. My trip to this location was particularly bad. I had a simple order that they messed up twice. Also the McChicken Patty was old and hard. Also the bathroom as well as the restaurant were not kept up and were very dirty. There’s a chance that they were just having an off day but my experience was not good.

Food is mostly always made incorrectly. Takes forever to get help at the counter. Order takers for drive through have to be told 4 times what I want before it’s rang up correctly on the screen. Called to have a replacement for my sandwich that was made incorrectly, was told I was speaking to a manager and I could come back for it the following day. So I did and the kid that met me at the window had no clue what to do so he grabbed a manger. She told me to replace the order I needed the managers name from when I called, which was never provided. She stated all the managers know to give names for replacements. Obviously not. Staff is extremely unfriendly. Unfortunately cannot give 0 stars

Ordered two McChicken’s. Both came horribly made, a complete mess. The shoot you use to fling food to the front staff needs to go. My food flung open and the front manager put it back together with ungloved hands. I almost gave no stars but decided to give one because at least the manager who manhandled my food told me to have a nice day.

So I go for the grimace shake and its out, which i dont have an issue with but if you have electric signs now surely it cant be hard to put them out of order. But to follow up with giving me some ice cold fries, and food, now thats bold.

It was kind of unusual to see a McDonalds in the small town that I was driving through, but it was perfect since my toddler was getting hungry. The drive-thru line moved very quickly, and the service was fast and friendly. Our food was served hot and correctly made. It’s nice to be able to use the McDonalds app to place an order. It really helps to eliminate miscommunication on the order through the speaker.

I’m sorry guys, I’m not expecting much from Mcdonalds to begin with but Plain doesn’t mean extra Ketchup…. everyone in the drive through windows seemed half asleep and kind of…. out of it? It’s not hard to put a mcdonalds burger together but the extra ketchup (that wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place) was spilling out of the inside out wrappers…. not on just 1 but both of the PLAIN double cheeseburgers I’d ordered…. do better guys…. it’s a brand new Mcdonalds…. hasn’t even been around a year yet…..

Automated drive through greeting needs to go. When someone is ready to take an order then say so. Wrong order received. Pulled ahead and still ended up with a screwed up order. Just a mess all around and a frustrating experience.
