Got my order wrong the first time, Ok no problem. Then the ENTIRE staff proceeds to ask for my order, and somehow still get it completely wrong 2 more times. I just took the food and left. Had to throw it away because I dont even like whatever they gave me.

The restaurant always seems to have full trash that are always overflowing. Many of the tables are dirty. Cold fries were on the floor and they had no straws at the soda dispenser. Last time I was here the place was a wreck and there were 4 employees sitting around doing nothing. If you want cold food in a dirty environment then the West Jefferson McDonald’s is for you.

This location is terribly slow! I’ve never actually gotten my order at the window. They always make you pull up and wait 5+ minutes or more. They put in a 2nd drive thru lane but what’s the point when you can’t even service one lane properly. I even tried their app to speed up the service and waited just as long.

This McDonalds SUCKS! EVERYTIME I go here, my order is wrong. They must have the dumbest workers in the back. I have even went back in once and they still messed it up again somehow. They always have you pull up even when you order 1 sandwich. I’ve waited 15 minutes pulled up for just a quarter pounder. Watching 20 cars get their food who were behind me. Don’t recommend going here. Might as well get some take out from one of the pizza shops. This McDonald’s needs help bad

I place an order at the self serve kiosk. Two people got their order before me even though I had a small order and ordered before them. I ask where my order was an it magically disappeared. Happy I didn’t pay first. I waited for 20 minutes. I left with no food. Awful service.
