There was hand sanitizer on the floor near its dispenser and a caution sign about the wet floor, but a change in dispenser or addition to it (to catch the overflow) is needed. Some umbrellas outside to shade the benches would be nice, too. Staff was pleasant!

This might be the first time I’ve actually been disappointed in McDonald’s. We ordered a Bacon Big Mac meal, Happy Meal, and two apple pies. For my Big Mac, I’ll tell you the bacon on the sandwich did not enhance the experience. I’d rather have a normal Big Mac. The bread kept breaking apart on me as well. It was literally deteriorating in my hands. The fries were fresh and tasted fine. The employee who brought out our food even warned us that they were hot. Their Sprite Mix Tropic Berry drink was by far the best thing I had. Our apple pies were…off. My wife even said she thought there was something different (or wrong) with them. My wife got a fat free and sugar free cappuccino and she said it was really good.

I never write reviews but today I had to. I spent almost $4 for a medium size cup of hot chocolate and it taste and looked like straight milk ! Like No chocolate was added to it! The McGriddle tasted stale like the bread wasn’t warmed up and cooked properly. Everything was disgusting and a waste of money. Always went to this McDonald’s because it was close to my job but I’ll save gas and just go to the one next to my house.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a large sprite and was given a Medium. No big deal to fix, right? Wrong. When I asked the girl at the window she replied “No you didn’t! I can’t just give you a large!” Like how trifling can you be? I know what I ordered and for a employee at McDonalds of all places to look at and treat customers like this was wrong and nothing was done when I spoke to the manager.

Was really disappointed in this location. The cashier didn’t even mention they were going on break just walked away. Had to wait for at least 10min to place an order. The place was a mess, couldn’t believe the GM would let stuff pile up like this. The restaurant was literally a one man show. Never going back here.

A lengthy 25 minute wait for a spicy BBQ chicken Sandwich that looked like it was found in a dumpster. Listen guys, I don’t go here much, every time I’ve been it’s always been a negative experience whether if it’s a super long wait or dissapointment from the food. I don’t know what to make of this. But I’m probably not going to stop back anytime soon.
