On the menu they say they have Carmel frappe. However 8 out of 10 times when I order a large or small Carmel frappe, I hear them say ( The machine is down or their out of Carmel) at this point I don’t know why they even have it on the menu. This evening my grandson ask me if I’d like one. Of course I said sounds good. Let’s call first and see if it’s possible. Nope! Not today.

I don’t know what is going on with the fries at McDs but its going to make me stop being a customer. It doesn’t matter which location I stop at, the fries are lukewarm, hardly cooked, cooked too long & just not good anymore. What happened to being “Americas favorite fries”?? Maybe if enough people start complaining, they’ll look into this problem.
