Maybe just caught them at a bad time, but had to use kiosk because no one would come up to wait on us … then order took unusually long … 15 minutes after we ordered the manager came to tell us the milkshake machine wasn’t working … the reason we stopped… anyway … am I the only one that it’s 50-50 on McDonald’s ice cream machines not working?

Horrible horrible horrible McDonalds. We do shows in Monticello. Been to this McDonald’s twice. First time my 11 old son never got his food. My daughter and I got ours and she was able to eat. Mines got cold waiting on my son burger. How you give fries but no burger when it’s a whole meal. Second time we we went, we came through the drive through because we just left a show. My youngest order a cheeseburger kids meal. They parked us. Brought out 5 different orders because they parked 10 different cars and didn’t know who’s food was who’s. So my oldest and I got our food but I had to go in and complain about a plain cheeseburger kids meal. NEVER RETURNING.

I have not really liked McDonalds since 1999. However my children had always loved it so I always take them. This time they hated it. This was the first time none of my kids finished their food. It was all stale, no seasoning and tasted horrible all together. Bathrooms were nasty.
