A scathing review… We stopped into this McDonald’s to order a big Mac meal and a 10 piece nugget with large fry and a large mocha frappe.. we got a medium fry that was half full of cold fries and a half empty frappe.. when I called we got the run around by someone saying they’d done the frappes perfect all day and hadn’t sent any out half full and that it probably just melted.. riiiiiiight…. I payed for half of a nearly 7 dollar drink and basically got told to deal with it.. this is bull**** with the ridiculous cost of food these days I payed over $30 to feed two people and I was paying for the convenience.. getting cold food on top of only getting half the food we payed for is far from the customer service experience I was expecting.. the least they can do is not short change customers on what they are actually paying for.. I feel like this was done purposefully by management to cut costs and sell old stale product.. this is completely unacceptable and we will not be returning to this location until a change of management has been instituted and I would also warn any potential customers of the horrid service and unreliability of the management at this facility. Double check all your orders BEFORE leaving the drive through or even better yet, skip this place altogether and go somewhere else if your craving a burger.. I suggest The Village restaurant right down the road, better burgers and top notch service.. I’d even take Hardee’s over this horrible experience.

Well they got my order wrong and I had trouble with the app however the manager even when she was on her lunch break still helped me! The food was as expected hot and fresh. Pickles aren’t so bad. I got 2 double cheeseburgers pulled the buns off of one and put the patties on the other and made a quadruple cheeseburger!

This place is terrible you tell them well done muffins & hash browns an don’t get it….get told there toaster doesn’t work but they can keep running the muffin threw it if it don’t work then order a new one no one wants soggy bread this place needs to be shut done this place isn’t worth the money u send just to get nasty food!!! Recommend just going to Hardee’s or Taco Bell for breakfast

After ordering something I seen on a ad poster on the front window of the restaurant I was told quite rudely by the young lady taking my order we don’t have that.. but I can sun out your meat to make that sandwich for you. I would of told her no if I knew I was going to be charged extra for it. After a long wait I finally got my to go order and left. When I got home I realized that I waited 15 mins to get a overpriced sandwich that was totally wrong.

I normally extend grace to those who are in the need of extra prayer but I’ve worked at Culver’s in the past and our managers did an excellent job making sure customers expectations were met and everyone left happy and full.

I’m a night owl and there’s been more than 1 times since moving here 3 years ago that I’ll stop to grab some food only after sitting in a line wrapped around the building that barely moves to be told cash only. Who carries cash these days you can pay with your darn phone. Thing is in Somerset KY this is your only option in take out grub after usually 11pm or midnight. Very frustrating. But 9 times put of 10 the food will be wrong or gross anyways its best to wait till the south one opens and go there. Sorry guys but ya’ll do it to yourselves

Just went through the drive-thru to grab a coffee. It was made as usual. However, my daughter’s coffee, she ordered vanilla ice coffee with extra vanilla and about an 1/8th of the cup was the syrup. They didn’t even stir it in just left it on the bottom.

Spent over $36 in food got home chicken nuggets were rock hard literally, burgers were slightly warm but none the less hard & old looking fries were way too salty and cold I went through the drive through, I also asked for a receipt which normally I don’t do but I was told they couldn’t give me one because machine or something or another and typically I don’t ask for a receipt but for some odd reason I did this time, well long story short this McDonald’s in particular has went down hill over the last year or better.

I had to wait over ten minutes at the drive through. There were two other vehicles waiting on food as well. When the two employees came out to deliver the food to the other vehicles, they started rummaging through the food so that they could give them the correct order. One of the employees told me that they had no idea who the food was supposed to go to. They tried to give me the wrong order twice. Then I had to wait at least five more minutes to receive my two cold cheeseburgers. I do not recommend eating here at all.
