It’s McDonalds so the expectations are not expecting a gourmet meal. But every time I go here I am asked to pull up into the designated waiting parking spaces. And you can usually see 1 or 2 employees really busting their &$$ while 2 or 3 are outside smoking a cigarette. ( Just my observation ). The only reason I can even give a 2 star review is because the breakfast crew does an amazing job. But after breakfast I would definitely not recommend this location.

My family and I stopped here on our way through to MO and it was awful. The place was dirty, the employees were rude, and the sodas were flat and gross (I tried several ones and the were all the same). Also, the tea dispenser didn’t have a lid (see picture). That’s disgusting. I’d suggest stopping at another exit.

My husband and I come through drive thru most mornings usually for 2 Large sweet tea light ice because we want it slightly chilled but not watered down when the ice melts. (Sometimes we get sandwiches) but every single time without fail it’s NEVER LIGHT ice. This morning (November 10, 2022) whoever was in the second drive thru window was rude. Yesterday I corrected her nicely and that was that. Today, however, she confirmed we had purchased the sweet teas and when she seen me her face kind of dropped. Never said another word not even a “thank you” or “have a good day” or anything. We settled on regular ice in our teas because we didn’t feel the need to be complicated but she was very rude and obviously does not read her screen fully because I seen my screen and the woman (Cheyenne Gumm) had taken it correctly – it did indeed say light ice – but we never get light ice in the actual tea. (*one woman in front drive does do it correctly but I have yet to see her name tag to put in a good word. She wears her butt length hair in ponytails all the way down the length.. she always does super light ice. She is the only one*)

Because our options were limited in Edmonton, KY. We stopped at the drive thru most mornings for coffee and breakfast food. While the staff was pleasant and helpful, our orders had mistakes almost daily. Very frustrating!
