The two stars are only for the day shift because they seem to be the only employees here that actually try. We live close to this restaurant and as a result we dine here frequently. I have had nothing but fast fresh food when I grab lunch at this location so if that’s the time you plan to visit I highly recommend it. Unfortunately if you go after 6 PM you might as well burn your money. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or a staff issue and honestly it doesn’t matter. The issues I have had are frequent and span months. I almost always have to wait for everything, even when there is no line. In fact I’ve waited in the pull ahead space for almost 20 mins before only to go inside and realize I was completely forgotten about. The worst offense however is just the missing food. This used to not bother me but with rising prices it honestly feels like theft. Half empty fry boxes, missing sauces, and never any bacon even after paying an extra $1.30 for it. We have been stiffed bacon more times than I can count but of course its never worth the gas to drive back. I often use the app and that makes refunds impossible so it’s often a mute point. I know this was long winded but I feel that it is important that you make an informed decision on where and when you waste your money.

I’m normally not someone who post reviews but today was enough. We decided to go inside which I never do. My burger was raw. Chicken nuggets were extremely old. Didn’t realize you now charge for sauces. We asked for 2 and they charged for the second. I sauce doesn’t get you through a order of nuggets. The pickles tasted disgusting and I love pickles. They had no sweet tea and didn’t even come out & refill it when we told them. The ketchup wasn’t working so I had to ask for packets. They were standing behind the counter talking about puking while we were trying to eat. Also they were throwing pop it’s inside the restaurant which I thought was very unprofessional. What if someone who had been to war and fought for our country was in there and suffered from PTSD! Very unprofessional in my opinion. The tables were even nasty & sticky & I cleaned our table myself. I will not be returning to the Benton location anytime soon.

Every time I go there, the order is wrong. The fries are cold and not filled to at least the specifications of what’s supposed to be in a sm, med, or large order of fries. They tell you to park and wait for the order then I see employees wondering around asking if the bag in their hand is the person’s order or not when the customer has their hands in the bags… Not acceptable! Gross! Well I don’t know about the inside workings of your restaurant but at least for my knowledge you don’t have mice in your restaurant like across the street at your competitors place… Mice droppings all over the place so I’d just rather cook my own food at home unless someone is cooking food right in front of me… Safety and Cleanliness is #1!

Just went to drive threw at 3:40pm 8/18/2023….. Ordered a IceCoffie and an Oreo Frap. Took 10 minutes to receive and Frap might as well been Water. Very disappointing when it’s 6 dollars. Even worse that we was asked to wait for 2 drinks and 3 other vehicles received their FOOD AND DRINKS BEFORE WE EVEN RECEIVED OUR 2 DRINKS OF 1 WE THREW AWAY!

The food is McDonalds food. It was hot and the milkshake was good. The girl that took the order was aloof and I could barely heat her and was indifferent to me ordering or not. The girl that took the money acted like it was going to kill her to tell me how much I owed and ask me if I wanted a receipt. And the hateful one that handed me my food with not a slight smile, grin, not a peep even after I tried to speak and smile and said thank you to her. Not a word. Ridiculous.
