All I wanted was a shake which I knew was a gamble like many others I know the machine to make the shakes would more than likely be down and my boy wanted fries as we both had just finished up a job and like always rushing home to momma to get dinner so we didn’t want much, like I said to my surprise I could actually get a shake, which was very vanilla with a hint of the strawberry I ordered, my son wanted just fries so it made me get a small order, you know salty and sweet, but I got him and large fry and me a small and both disappointed at the old non salted fries we got, pretty much like I said we knew it was a gamble even goin here

I ordered a plain double cheeseburger from their mobile app. After waiting several minutes, I finally got my food. After getting home, I soon discovered they got my order wrong. They covered both meat patties with onions. It was almost like it was intentional. And they never really get it plain. There’s always a couple onions unseen and a dab of mustard. It’s terrible. They never consistently get your order correct.

Was nearby and wanted a shake. Something told me to just skip it due to the worldwide issue with McDonald’s and their shake machines. I opted anyway, but I also paid via mobile app and decided it wasn’t a good idea. Thankfully, I didn’t and saved myself more headaches. Of course, I got the old “our shake machine, isn’t working” line when i attempted to order in the drive thru. We’ll I got “that side of it isn’t working”. If you properly maintain the machine, it works great. They require a lot of maintenance. Still could not be their fault, highly unlikely, though.

Went through drive thru after a long day of work. Manager prepared the order.When we got home the 6 piece nuggets was missing and the 1/4 pounders was pink in the middle! Slow down and take pride in your work and customers that was money totally wasted.

McDonald’s has good food, but rude staff. I know it might be tough some days, but being rude to a customer who just asked for something that was forgotten in their order is not a good thing to do.. especially when the rude employee is a manager. Update had breakfast this morning was good.. except McMuffin was burnt. Got it for my daughter, she said she’d eat it later, highly doubtful. Didn’t have time to take it back in, had to take her to school for testing. What a great way to start her day.

I hate to give any business a bad rating but I have had it with this McDonald’s. Several times a week I will order either a medium or large Iced Caramel Coffee with extra caramel for which they charge me an extra thirty cents for. I don’t mind the extra charge I just want to get what I pay for. 9 times out of 10 they don’t put the extra caramel in the coffee. The last one that I bought had no caramel at all and tasted like it had been in the warmer for days. If I hadn’t been heading out of town I would have taken it back.
