8/22/2023 Got 2 chicken biscuits and the biscuits were hard & chicken was old(not fresh) . I’m going to start checking my food at the window and if it’s not fresh they can just give me my money back.

Like Lemmings I too jumped into the breakfast drive thru line, my son pointing out the “We’re open Christmas Day” banner, only to find out their day starts at 11:00. I too like to sleep in.

Hands down the worst experience I have EVER had in a McDonalds. I used to work for a McDonalds, so I know that it isn’t rocket science. We ordered using the kiosk and had to pay at the counter. After paying, we waited at least 15 minutes for our small amount of food. There was a young girl who asked us what our order was 3 times, and i’m not angry with her, but the restaurant was so unorganized. The manager was no where to be seen and it was obvious that the staff needed help. The manager came around the corner eventually, rolling her eyes and being very rude. The woman wasn’t concerned with how everything was going as far as orders missing and food not being made. Very disappointing.

I arrived at 9:55 pm. Payed for my order at 10:57 pm. Received my food at 11:00 pm. It would have been faster to drive to Ashland and grab some McDonald’s then drive all the way back. Decent food but avoid during the evening. Usually it takes me 20 to 30 minutes when I show up after 10, but an entire hour is insane.

I order online through their app to find deals is good but make sure before you drive off all your items are there… They are bad to forget to give all your items Louisa location .. I ordered online and go through drive-thur …. Didn’t even say sorry just gave me weird looks… Lucky they don’t get less than 3 stars
