Slow slow slow service and rude. On the display it said to sign up for the rewards so I did while I was in line waiting. And there was an offer in the app for 1500 bonus points which clearly said PRESENT the code BEFORE ordering. But the lady said no it’s after and kept telling me to “give her my order.” How hard is it to simply type in the code? Like really? And she didn’t even try to listen to what I was saying or telling her. Nor did she politely ask for my order… I’m a very patient person but if I’m simply trying to show you what it says to do why can’t you be patient as well and take 5 seconds to read it? I walked away. I’ll eat at one of the smaller food chains in the airport instead.

Just terrible. Staff were standing around and were insanely rude. I just wanted a large fry and an ice water and it turned into a whole thing. They were almost offended when I said I wanted an ice water. Wanted me to pay for a full price drink. That’s a big no from me. Had to push, finally got it. When it came time for me to pick up my fry, half of the fries were on the counter. It’s covid times and I have sanitary standards as most people do. They just scooped up the fries from the counter, put them back into the container then tried handing it to me. That’s gross and I asked for a new one. The girl was so upset, pushed back hard, then huffed about it when going to grab a new one.
