Absolutely the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been in! Also, absolutely the friendliest employees and customers I’ve ever been around! We were way off path of where we were headed in the Daniel Boone forest, but this restaurant, and its people working, and in the town for so kind! my grandchildren and myself were so elated at the kindness that we received in this restaurant trying to help us find somewhere to go. Be adventurous! I’ll probably never be there again, but kindness overwhelmed this place! It was a privilege to stop in to use the clean restrooms, see the clean restaurant, and even clean employees along with extreme kindness! Thank you McDonald’s for having places like this, when you’re lost!

This morning the drive-thru was busy and at least 20 cars deep in the drive thru. It was backed up all the way from the drive-thru parking area all the way around the parking lot. We left and came back about an hour later and it was still backed up and we were waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru, decided to leave and go to Burger King.

We ordered online through the app and waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes. When we got to the window, the people working both windows were incredibly rude, and our fries were cold and had no salt.

These young people need more training on how to treat people and how to make a sandwich. They were so rude to us they messed my husband’s bigmac up and got mad because he wanted them to fix it for him, a girl walked away rolling her eyes at us and shaking her head because she had to fix it for him they are very rude there they need to be taught some manners. Look at this chicken sandwich they fixed for my wife…it was awful.

Wish I didn’t have to post this but when you don’t properly put coffee lids on three days in a row and a customer nicely informs you that it has spilled all over her center console and her clothes you’re lucky I was wearing a jacket that is made for hot liquids or you would be getting my medical bills. You could have also caused mechanical damage to my vehicle instead you take my pictures and basically tell me to go clean it up myself. Then you serve me hot mochas that are watery afterwards and treat me like trash when I nicely come in the restaurant and tell you about it. I usually don’t bug you guys on the first drink usually a third or fourth. There’s some nice people that work here but management is trash and like to do nothing about the quality of orders.
