Worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks. Fries were somehow added. I was charged over $5 for two drinks and when I questioned it the young man at the register completely ignored me. I went ahead and pulled up and that’s how I found out fries were added to my order. The manager just stared me down as I explained to him that I only wanted drinks. He finally gave me my money back but the rudeness was rediculous. Just to clarify I was not rude in any manner.

You would think as a new McDonald’s the service and food would be awesome. If I could give service 0 stars I would. I never take the time to write reviews but you deserve my time today! No one says welcome, hi, thank you or your welcome. No one reads order back or tells you total. Order is always WRONG with missing items or missing additives that I pay for such as extra cheese. Teenagers at the window that you can’t hear and could care less – or employees that can’t speak English. I have nothing against a language barrier but considering that speaking the order and taking the order requires verbal communication then it is a disservice to your business and the clients to put employees with an English barrier at the window! After I spent over $60 she forgot half the order I went back to get the happy meal and got a major attitude from the person at the front desk. I left home and still there were items missing! Never put sauce or ketchup. Ask stupid questions like do you want a drink carrier when I am ordering 6-8 drinks. Worst McDonald’s in all of Louisville and the others aren’t so great either. Prices similar to chic fila so why would I dine with you when I can get much better service food and all my items right across the street !! I don’t have time to wait to stand back in line and when I do be met with an attitude.

The kids working the drive thru are very impolite. I say thank u after receiving money and food and no one says anything back. They always look and sound like they don’t want to be a work. Please either train them or hire more friendly people to interact with your customers because this is not good for business.

Didn’t have any frappes or shakes or any Coca Cola for that matter. Manager said to come back and I would get a free drink (which isn’t free because I did pay for it and never received it). Don’t like doing that because there is no official record of it happening, only the managers word. We’ll see!

I don’t know why there’s so many awful reviews, i’ve gone several times to this location and never been disappointed. The morning staff is amazing, i’ve never been to a McDonalds where they put ketchup in the bag even if you didn’t ask, and they actually give you the sauces after asking what kind you want; unlike other locations where you have to ask them for sauces at the window. There’s never been a mistake at least not with any of my orders and i have a large group i take food to from here.

I am a McDonald’s fan. This particular restaurant has a customer service issue. This morning they had a system issue. I was at drive thru and simply wondered when I might get the food I already paid for. He actually yelled at me and was wildly rude. Terrible customer service. This store should get a handle on this.
