What a 5 star crew. They were getting HAMMERED 15 minutes before close because everyone’s power is out. The lady at the speaker was kind and fast. The line moved quickly. The people who work here are rude for no reason. I had a mobile order and I told someone about it. The lady just yelled, “mobile order” no number. Then I asked her the number and she kept helping other people and walking away. Then she got rude with me when I asked about the mobile order as if I could go back there and grab the food myself. If you don’t want to work here literally don’t like what is the point. There’s no reason for anyone to work there if they can’t even simply hand me the food I paid for.

Went thru the drive thru and received my order timely. Fries were cold and chicken over cooked. If your going to charge $8-9 for lunch your food needs to be fresh and hot.

When I got my large fry there was absolutely no salt so my wife goes to the counter to ask for salt & the man at the counter who looks like a manager says “ i know there’s salt on those fries i put them on there “ there was absolutely no salt & then decides to walk away and not come back.

Employee was very rude to a customer. I asked a fellow if he’d had eaten, he said no. I said to him get whatever you want. He ordered a burger and fries. The employee told him to leave and continued with he’s been doing that all day (twice outloud). I don’t care what he WAS doing, it was my money to bless someone with… I know the media would eat up this story. “Man kicked out of McDonald’s for being offered a meal” The man didnt ASK me for food, I OFFERED IT. They also didn’t say anything to the other man I paid for. They singled out the man who was appeared homeless (not sure if he is)

Just annoying, mcdonalds at 4940 Brownsboro rd, constantly stops breakfast early, I’ve been in there several times and they switch the menus over after I try to order even though they have breakfast for 20 more minutes, what’s the deal with this place, evening crew is good, but this new morning crew is horrible, I’d give half a star to you but cant, thank you.

Worst McDonalds in the country. No need to even stop in here. The service is terrible, the wait is terrible, and the food is even worse. The night shift is horrendous. Anytime I’ve ever been there it’s always an excuse. “We’re out of ice”, “My computer is frozen”, We’re out of that”, it’s an absolute joke. Hands down the worst fast food restaurant in the city.

Another mcds that their ice cream machine down. It’s funny how they are randomly down all over town. It’s broken or recycling on a Saturday at 6pm. They just don’t want to serve the customers on a hot day. Go to a real restaurant where their machines are never broken. Typical bs from mcds employees who don’t want to work.
