I have frequented this store four days per week for the past four years. I have waited in line for 25 minutes, pulled up to the 1st window and nobody there…wait…pull up to the second window and nobody there…wait, then drive off. One morning I received a cup of hot water for coffee. Most mornings I get a chewy leftover biscuit. Another morning they hit my card twice for the same order. I saw four vehicles drive off this morning because the wait was so long. IT DOESN’T IMPROVE!

I am a regular customer and eat here twice a day. Lately the manager on nights has been very rude. I will not be going back here. It probably doesn’t matter but I’m sure I spend several hundred dollars here a year. I’ll be going to Wendy’s or Hardee’s from now on.

This place ain’t nothing but a teenagers hangout they only care about their phones and doing nothing and still get paid. When I worked there if you had time to lean you had time to clean. Food was cold service was slow and the atmosphere was not customer friendly. Food order was wrong 4 times.

I ordered on the app and chose to pick up in store bc the drive thru was backed up. Waited 20mins when no one was inside to get my food. When the manager, Leona, handed it to me, I asked if the cheeseburger were plain. She said yes bc they had a grill slip on them. Got to the car, they had no grill slip on them and were not plain. Went back inside told her they weren’t plain. She acted annoyed and rang up a new order. She didn’t holler to the back and say I need 2 plain cheeseburger asap. She made me sit there after about 10 more orders that came in after mine. After another 10 mins I’m running late for work and had to just get them to refund me bc I had still not received my corrected order. And after asking for a refund bc I couldn’t wait any longer, she was very smart mouthed. 1 star for Leona!
