I go to this location regularly because it’s close to work. I always order and pay with the app for a streamlined drive-thru experience. A few years ago they seemed to be struggling, but things are coming back together for them. The dining room has been renovated and reopened and there have been some staff changes. The drive-thru line moves much better than it used to and the staff is always very friendly. The food is what you would expect from a McDonald’s franchise.

Dirty, big Flies flying around everywhere, guess that’s the extra protein….. very deplorable. And the place has roaches!! I was trying to take a picture but my camera was taking to long to focus as it scurried into the black grime that is 2 to 3 inchs thick before it goes up the wall from the floor…Surprised to see a restaurant in that condition operating in prospect….

Waited in drive thru FOREVER… THEY AREN’T TAKING ORDERS AT THE SCREEN!!! Only taking orders at the last window where your are supposed to get your food… Tried to order a blue raspberry freeze and he said the machine want working and it clearly was…. The man greeted us with a mouthful of fries…

Employees hiding so you think they are closed at 9pm. When they finally take your drive thru order 5 employees roll out from the back. Only got one of the two sandwiches we ordered and our fry container was only half full. While waiting for our food the girl in the window could be heard complaining that another car pulled up. We had to go back to get our correct order and the same girl said she was sorry it was her first time closing.

Worst time ever. Made 2 separate orders. One mobile app and other off the menu. I was paying for my friends order and had to pay part cash and part credit. Drive thru attendant wasn’t attentive at all. I told her twice that i needed $4.25 on my card and the rest in cash. She charges the entire order to my card and it declines. After telling her a third time she gets an attitude and charges the card wrong again. My friend tells her a 4th time and she just holds the card with a blank stare. He asked for my card back and just drove off with no food. I never got to my mobile order which was paid for. I filled out a complaint online and haven’t heard anything back and no refund on my order. I’ll never return to this McDonald’s. Unless the horrible clerk is gone.
