Stopped in while driving through. I like the McDonald’s cheeseburger because it is consistent. You get the same blending of ketchup, pickles, onions, salt, and beef anywhere in the world. This cheeseburger was inconsistent. No ketchup, but mustard was added. Also, an egregious amount of salt and pepper were put on the patty when it was cooked such that my kids wouldn’t eat it. It was so bad I took it ba k in the restaurant. The one good thing was that management was accommodating and replaced the cheese burgers. However the new ones were still made wrong using mustard instead of ketchup.

Waited first off for 10 minutes till someone was ready to order through drive through. Another car pulled up outside lane and they were giving their order while we still waited for our order to be taken. So I pulled around to cashier window and she was totally confused. Seems there is no proper training these days and no one knows what customer service means.

Out of toilet paper in woman’s restroom, out of coffee, out of orange juice, this is 8am on a Monday. 2 separate orders, bacon egg mcgriddle and both orders were wrong. We didn’t bother trying to fix it.

Update: 11/27/2020 Still Horrible! Added a picture was suppose to have mac sauce and lettuce added… charged us but didn’t get what we was charged for or our money back. the manager argued with us and said they will not fix anything. Pic added and receipt. This happens all the time. We eat here at least 5 times a week and they are getting worst day by day. I think Robert Tommie need a reality check if he telling the managers not to correct messed up orders that his workers mess up! They need to BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!! This is a black area and it is racist how he have them treating the black customers. If ppl spend their money at this store they should get the food they ask for. I will be checking into boycotting this store! It is getting ridiculous. You can contact the owner, he does nothing to fix the situation. He is part of the problem! Too many ppl post bad on Facebook about the experience, our experience is almost always bad! STEP YOUR GAME UP OR WE COMING FOR YOU! PERIOD!
