Certain crews are very rude. They’ll make u wait in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes or longer before they answer to take your order or either they only answers 1 drive thru speaker and just let the customers in the outer lane drive thru sit there and wait to place their order subject not to answer at all. If u order pickup u better be prepared to wait 20 minutes or longer before its brought to your vehicle. If u ask a question regarding the waiting or answering they reply with smart remarks or have a nasty attitude. Your best out is to go inside better service if they are allowing customers to come in on that day. They will just throw your food together or fix your ice cream or coffee they way they feel not like they should.

Short staffed at lunch time. Long line. Long wait. Dirty floor and tables. I frequently go there. The staff is trying; just overwhelmed. Mgmt needs to hire more people during key times. Just adding “a runner” to take food out and keep the tables clean would make a huge difference.

Well Let’s just say everytime I travel through there I always had to pull up and wait in a spot for my food this time it was 20 minutes. I know they have to cook food but they had worker told me outside that the manager that was there today him to leave because he couldn’t pick up a box of chicken nuggets.

Nothing bad about the visit, other than just general apathy on the part of the employees, unsurprisingly. Not in a rush to help customers. Food was fine. You’ll get what you order and the turn around time is fine, you just won’t get anything other than that, even if you’re polite to the employees.
