Absolutely terrible service. The girl working the drive-through took a minute per item ordered to put it in the system. The workers forgot some of our food and I had to go back in and get it. When I went in there was a line of 8-9 people inside with nobody working the front register. It took a few minutes to even get someone’s attention to ask for my missing food. It was just sitting on the counter having forgotten to be put in the bag. Would never go back to this location ever.

Ordered a 20 piece McNugget, a large lemonade, 2 honey mustard and 1 sweet and sour dipping sauces using the mobile app and curbside pickup. What I got was a 20 piece McNugget, large fries, an orange drink, 3 hot mustard and 2 sweet and sour dipping sauces. Was told that they were out of lemonade but no offer to refund the drink price difference. I know some are thinking, you got a free large fries, yes but since I’m diabetic if I had eaten them my blood sugar would have skyrocketed bad enough just to be eating fast food, but sugars were dropping and no food in the house due to just moving into a new house from almost 1000 miles away and am by myself for a few days. The receipt shows what I ordered exactly but somehow that visual stimulation never made it to their brain. I think that even the franchise owner is illiterate. Question, what’s brown on the outside and pink in the middle? McDonald’s McNuggets. You thought I was going to say something else! Wrong, but I like the way you’re thinking.

Me and my wife tried the new chicken sandwich, the chicken was not fresh, it was dark colored, the bacon was burned, there was so little sauce I couldn’t even taste it, the ice machine was out of ice, there was no sweet tea. So sad smh….

Not much to say that hasn’t been said about McDonald’s. Food is a hit or miss and so are the employees. Breakfast is usually the best time to go but even with the new kiosks they tend to mess my order up. I will give credit when credit is due as they have never messed up my order during lunch/dinner rush. I don’t see the same employees very often but there is this one really sweet old lady that brings out dine-in orders that knows the meaning behind “service with a smile.” 3/5 stars

You work at McDonald’s do and make the same stuff every day why is it so hard for y’all to make a meal and get it right. Change the grease once in awhile so the fries and hash browns and things like that will be fresh and not nasty tasting cause ya to lazy to change it or to cheap. Wear hair nets we tired of paying for food with yalls hair in it.. Stop being so rude if you don’t like your job go home let someone else do it. I have NEVER been to a McDonald’s like this one. The workers are the sweetest, most attentive, and focused people! They are working hard to make people feel welcome and cared for. Our breakfast was good and matched standards found at other McDonald’s. But the atmosphere is amazing. They even have tablecloths on a number of the tables.
