Tonya, was at the first drive through window today at 12:35pm, and let me tell you, she needs to be training everyone on how to run the window! She was very very kind and very very professional. Having someone like her makes you want to come back. While she was taking my order, she was very patient with me as my app had not loaded my code yet. When I pulled up to the first window, she greeted me with a smile and the best customer service that I’ve gotten from McDonald’s and a long time! Thank you Tonya! (P.S. if i could give zero stars i would… i go through the drive thru place my order get pulled up to spot 2 waited about 7 mins i get brought out half my order girl comes back out to ask if i had such and such told her know i was waiting on the rest of my order she goes back in after me just telling her this so i waited a few more mins to see if she was gonna come back out never did ended up going back in there shes waiting on customers i had to tell the woman that was just standing there 3 times what i was missing finally after another 10 mins of waiting they finally gave me my food after having to make it will not go back i could understand if they were busy but when employees are just walking around come on

Order food from drive thru told me to go to number 9 parking wait 20 minutes still nothing but all other numbers clear out worker show up didn’t even know what I ordered went back in then I waited 5 more minutes then I went in McDonald’s and ask for mangers she still made me wait so I told her I wanted my money back not satisfied at all it will be a long time before going back.

Every car that came through the drive thru was directed to a waiting spot. After waiting for 15 minutes (we were the second in line), we drove back through the drive thru to request a refund because our lunch break was almost over. We were told our food was ready and they would bring it right out. And they did. But my sandwich was old. I knew this because the bun was hard. And the fries were fresh but had gotten cold because they had sat in the bag for awhile. To sum it up, I waited 20 minutes and paid $12 for old, hard and cold food.

This location’s new manager is incompetent and rude. Today when placing our order the new manager told us that we could not order that. We had I asked to substitute the sausage for bacon. We told her that we had ordered the same thing two to three times a week for over a year. She said that it did not matter she was the new manager and we could not order that. So I changed my order to a standard Egg McMuffin. When the order came out it was wrong. We sent it back and the remake was wrong. Approximately 90% of the time our orders from there are wrong and have to be sent back..
