ordered three large carmel frappes with extra carmel and expresso wait 20 minutes for them, they bring them out and ones only half way full we ask them to remake it and when we get it back that time it’s nasty, and didn’t taste right at all took it back in there and the coffee bag was out and that’s why it didn’t taste right took them 20 more minutes to replace the coffee bag. and none of the carmel frappes had extra carmel even though we paid for it. also the place was absolutely disgusting. there was coffee pouring all over the counter where they were making the food and other drinks there was standing water all over. very un-sanitary. horrible customer service they wanted to get an attitude because i asked them to remake it and over 10 people left because of how bad it was.

Wouldn’t eat here if you’re wanting fast food. You can sit down at Texas Roadhouse and get your food faster than you can at this place. Hopefully they have your drink of choice in stock…or buns… always missing food going through drive through.

This makes the second time I have been to this McDonald’s for breakfast and waited in line and watched people leave because they do not come over the mic to place orders for drive thru. Then I said hello will y’all be taking orders and some rude girl came over the mic and said they were packed when in fact they were not because only a few cars were around the front. I will never go back here!!!!

If I could give this a no star i would. I ordered thru the app. Pull up in drive thru cause curbside was closed and so was dine in at 8 pm. The manager was so rude & disrespectful. Paid for my food. Got the receipt. No one was in the drive thru. So I sat at the window to wait for my food. She said only waiting for tea and fries. Waited for a while. She sent a worker to stand outside with our food never once let me know it was ready. So by the time the cook came to the window to tell me that my food was outside, That’s not how a manager should take care of her job. I asked for a refund. I didn’t want cold food. Cook told manager I asked for refund. She few mins later came to the window asked me why I wanted a refund. I said I didn’t want cold food. She then told me after snatching the receipt from my hand she needed the drink back, (after the drink sat for several mins) it was slick. So when I went to hand her the drink, it slipped and I gripped it. Shot the drink thru the straw. She called the cops on me. Said I threw the drink at her. Cops came. And few mins later, got my ID back and the officer said you’re free to go. No food! No money back! Never had service so bad in my life. That women needs a different job if she is that unhappy to treat a customer that way. I hope McDonald’s chooses wisely with hiring any one who represents their company!!!! Beware before going to this Greenfield location…
