Worst big mac ever! Barely warm, bread was stale, burger was near burned, and the sandwich was stacked haphazardly as if the bun and patties had been used as frisbees. To top it off, the fries were cold. I expect better of McDonald’s.

This was actually the biggest McDonald’s I have ever been it. It is double the size of most restaurants I have seen before. Even though it was huge, the line to eat inside was small. They have the kiosks to order from too. The wait for the food took a while, but it was good. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a quick, cheap meal

Dined in for an early lunch. I absolutely can’t stand how the newer McDonald’s hide absolutely everything behind the counter. Can’t refill your own beverage or even get ketchup without talking to someone. And they don’t exactly staff someone at the counter to handle refills. It makes for a slow and frustrating meal. Add to that that our food wasn’t hot or particularly fresh, and it’s just not a great experience.

The food was cold, the service was awful. A guy across from us ordered table service through the app and they didn’t bring it out until 20 minutes after he went up and got it himself. It’s all Chinese people running it. Ridiculous. You come up here to a vacation city and you pay for cold food. I’ll spend $30 on tv dinners better than this.

VERY SLOW!!!! Employees standing around talking to each other (3 at the inside cash registers, 1 standing in a random spot, and the person at the driveway through window just stood there looking lost). Gave us the wrong size drink but charged us for what we ordered. From what I could see through the drive through window, it looked clean and not busy inside. I think I saw one customer inside. Two lanes outside and over a half an hour in drive thru line, and that’s with the car in front of me leaving the line before ordering after waiting 20 minutes.
