Waited 20 minutes for my order to be brought to curbside before going inside. After waiting 3 minutes for someone to show themselves I overhear 1 employee asking the other if #4 is out there, I said , “Yes, I have been for 20 minutes!”. Got my order handed to me as they headed for the back of the store. Zaxby’s definitely has them beat on the online ordering and pick up, js.

Had a mobile order put in, which of course you can’t edit or cancel through the app. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru, nobody was answering. The man in front of me had pulled up to the window so I did so as well to see if I could get somebody’s attention. Employees kept walking by the window and smiling at me but not opening it to speak to me. Finally just left without my food as it didn’t seem anyone was going to help me. Avoid.

My husband and I have lived in the Lakesite area for about a year now. Every single time we have gone to this McDonald’s, something is wrong. Every single time. No pickles? Oh you’re getting extra. Sweet tea? Nah it’s brown water. Fries from yesterday? Absolutely. I understand places are short staffed at stuff, but our order hasn’t been right ONE time.

If you asked me months ago, this location would have gotten 1 or 2 stars. However, I understand they are now under new management, and it is evident. The customer service is great, the food is fresh and hot, and most importantly, the order is made correctly (especially going through drive thru). I used to have to check every single order and almost always had to go in to fix something. I don’t have to do that anymore. I am happy to be a returning customer again.

I often order a DQP meal when I stop by and every time I ask for DICED onions instead of SLICED and this moment in particular had me rather upset because the employee never knows how to do it and assured me they told them no sliced onions and to change it for diced and when I opened the sandwich I had almost a handful of sliced onions! I expect to receive what I’ve ordered and when I’m assured that is what I’ll get and it’s not it makes me not want to return to this establishment, the food is good and I’d like to continue coming to this store but this dishonesty is beginning to get old.

Worst Customer experience ever..Did a mobile order to pick up at counter.. went in gave code they said you MUST go through drive though. Grrr.. so went and sat in line 15+ min. Get to speaker gave them the code they tell me I have to go inside REALLY.. Now very pissed told them what they could do with the food.. and left.. Horrible service, my husband ordered breakfast at 10:12am before it finishes at 10:30! But because by the time we got all the kids and dog loaded up in the van to grab it on the long drive home we arrived at 10:35 they informed us the order was cancelled and you can’t pick up after 10:30! I’m pretty sure they did not even make the order. They sent us a oops something went wrong with your order it’s cancelled exactly at 10:30 on the dot, but we still drove there walked inside and they didn’t care. Never going here on our road trips again!!

Sat in the drive through line for about 10 minutes..The guy who took our money was very friendly. Got to the window… the manager Finally got our order together after another 3 minutes of waiting, Handed us our food By Finally Saying “here!!!”. Would have thought being the boss she would have been able to run her store a little more Adequately And had better customer service skills.

Their more worried about the online orders and drive through and don’t have enough time for the customers that actually come in to sit down to eat. Whether on lunch breaks or passing through its faster to go through the drive through even if it takes a half an hour. The staff walks by you to serve tables after closing down the only register they don’t apologize for the inconvenience they just act like you don’t exist. I will NEVER go back. I’ve given them chance after chance and they mess up my lunch break every single time
