Over all each time has been good, I know the elderly lady at the window may not be able to help it but she can’t reach out far past the window which makes it harder on us on the outside having to reach all the way to the window, I’m having elbow problems and can’t bend my arm well at all so she stood there waiting til I could reach to her which was disappointing bc she could tell I was having a hard time. She seems sweet and all but I wish she would atleast try to meet in the middle (meaning stick her arm out the window)

There is no one to greet you at the counter so you have to use the self ordering idiot. Not intuitive or user friendly if you don’t have or want the app. When I finally figured out how to place my order, it was fast hot and delicious. I was a little irked when the staff saw I was having trouble with the kiosks and just let me suffer through the experience.

It’s a hit or miss i order the same thing every time i go through the drive though and sometimes thay have it waiting at the window then other times it takes 10 mins then there’s been twice thay have forgot and and and let me wating in the sun with no ac till I had to go In and ask where my stuff it. Only reason i go back time after time is hoping it want be as bad

Worst fast food place EVER. Orders never right, coffee never taste consistent. And the wait. You’d think all those ppl someone would get something right. Not the first time but the last time I’ll ever go here. Sonic is way better. I got the # to general manager & no answer. Waverly McDonald’s is the worst -0000. Cold food since we had to wait 5 mins on 2 drinks. Y’all SUCK. Wks later still no change

Food was cold. I asked for pickles, and they put one in my burger. The guy was nice. The fries were ice cold. I can make a cold sandwich at home for FREE. WOW, and they wonder why their sales are down!! ONE STAR.

*Edit: Each visit jus keeps getting better! I’m lovin it!****I’m editing my review, I had a very good experience today. Best I’ve had in awhile at this McDonald’s. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, wait time was shorter. Oh and the main thing is my food was correct!! I’m impressed. Go on McDonald’s we see ya!

stopped in for food and seen applications by order area and jokingly told my husband “that’s a red flag”, then as we’re waiting for our food, an older woman (employee) came out from the back and went behind me and my husband, and starts yelling at one of the younger employees, very loud actually, so she says his name over and over, i assume he isn’t answering because he’s being yelled for and there’s customers in the restaurant, finally he answers her and she says “if i can hear your music from here it’s too loud,” i guess i wasn’t paying much attention, because i didn’t hear any music, and i was much closer than she was. she very well could have went back and told him instead of shouting in my ear.
