Our food was swapped for another person in front of me and I received the incorrect food as well as them. No big deal. However after coming back through the line and showing my receipt and explaining I had the wrong order, I heard a comment from the kitchen “they brought it back? Why?”. Then they proceed to take the incorrect order to the customer ahead of me and relay it to them after I gave it back. Then after recieving my new order and going home my burgers were literally folded and smashed. Whoever the franchise owner is clean it up. I will be reviewing you every time going forward until it’s resolved.

Got a hot fudge it was so great. There was a good number of staff and they were working hard. They can’t get tips? That needs to change. I wanted to give them one so bad. Anyways, the young woman with the permanent ink ‘X’ on her hand was so awesome and fun. The dining area is not open. Please be nice and patient with these people, because they are doing their best.

I waited 10 minutes for the person in front of me to order, when they got up to the window to pay I waited another 10 minutes. I ended up, pulling out of the line and leaving my food there.
