Tonight this store closed early at 9pm without any notification online. We had already placed an order through the app, and when we showed up at the drive thru window at exactly 9:01 we were turned away. We were then told that the app would not charge us unless we picked up the food, but that’s not the case. I was charged and now I cannot return to the store for a refund. We love this location, but this definitely puts a sour taste in our mouth about them.

Went thru the drive thru and forgot to order a part of my meal at the microphone area place in line. When I received the the food that I ordered I asked the guy at the window if he could ring up an extra meal, he ran to the counter and rung up the meal and it was ready in seconds. I stopped by this morning right after 5 am and ordered 12 big breakfasts with hotcakes. My church was hosting 10 homeless men and our breakfast crew didn’t show up. 12 big breakfast meals is a lot to throw at a McDonalds as soon as they open. And they were understaffed. Yet…they served me with a smile and got right on it with nothing but pleasant attitudes and professionalism. And they didn’t know that the meals were for the homeless. I was very grateful to the manager and staff of this location. We were in a bind!

I told drive thru no lettuce on the McChicken. She said lettuce doesn’t come on the sandwich. I knew it did but maybe they had changed it. GF can’t handle lettuce well. It doesn’t digest well for her. That’s why I said NO LETTUCE. yet there is lettuce in the sandwich. She changed the order on the screen multiple time.
