Ordered a quarter pounder but decided to go out to my vehicle to eat because the dining room was so cold ( I rarely complain about cold). Im guessing it was mid 60s at best. The hamburger was even colder. It was barely warm on the outside and the inside of the hamburger was still very red. The only thing the lady that gave me my refund would say was “it’s because the store is so cold”.

If I could give no stars I would. I was eager to try the small town McDonald’s, hoping for a more hospitable employees than a bigger town. Instead my order was taken, my card was given back with not even the option of getting my receipt just the door slammed in my face as I waited to get my receipt..nothing. go to next window to get my food and the girl says “here you go.” And before I could even get the words “thank you” out of my mouth she turned her back and slammed the door shut. Like not a gradual closing of the door window but like a good slam.

Visited McDonald’s recently and was quite disappointed. The cashier seemed to have an off day and came across as rude. The food, unfortunately, didn’t meet expectations either. To add to the overall lackluster experience, the restaurant’s temperature was uncomfortably cold. Hoping for better experiences in the future.

Wow! First time here and it was awful! The customer service is terrible, they forgot our drinks till we asked. Rosa working the night shift at 8:05pm was beyond rude. What a bad first impression! Just seems to match the quality of Taco Bell… bad quality and customer service.

I hate to complain every time I come here, but it’s inevitable. I can’t use my deals in the app, but can at the kiosk. It’s been like this since day 1. I’ve complained numerous times and they say they’ll look into it. I’ve had numerous order issues on top of it and the past few times I’ve complained on the website the don’t even acknowledge the issues and close the ticket which means my complaints get reverted to management and I get ignored. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to find a new business venture cause this ain’t it chief.

I don’t usually have an issue with this mcdonald’s but the past few weeks once or twice a week it has been pretty bad? Waited to just get my order taken watching 5 customers drive off and I’m in the 2nd lane? Then they tell me to pull off to the parking spot and another 6 people already got their orders and I’m just waiting on a mchicken and mcdouble? Wow

Okay, I changed my review because the staff are trying to get things turned around. This store is our store. We need to encourage the workers with kind words of encouragement. Bad reviews will not make the problem better. At least give it a few visits before you give up. Or if you had a bad experience tell them to make it right. I have never heard of a McDonald’s that will not do the right thing. They just need to know what’s up. They made it right with me. So, I’ll give them a 5 for effort.
