Today was the first encounter I have had with a rude employee. I’m always friendly and patient on the many occasions I have sat in the line where it seemed to never move, I always remained patient because I know the employee’s are doing their very best, but today I was very disappointed in the leadership that has been put in place with one specific person or at least I am assuming she’s in leadership since she had the key to unlock the register. Either way I’m hoping the girl with the purple hair who was working on 5/27/23 around 6:45pm is better to her employees than she is to the customers. I’m kind to you because you showed up, and if you can’t be kind to the customers then you should just not show up.

I went ino this location on 8/11/2023 at around 6:15 am to 6:20 am I asked for two number sevens with LARGE diet doctor peppers 2 mcgriddles and a sausage biscuit. I’m obviously exhausted and had just woken up so I can take responsibility for not looking at the screen. I can also forgive the fact that the trash truck was out making noise, but what I cant forgive is when I got to the window and handed her my card and all that, the lady hands me my drinks they were medium, I informed her that they were supposed to be large, wasnt even rude to her, and she looks at me and says “well that’s what you paid for.” I know it’s hard to find a manager and fix a transaction, and I know it takes some time, I also know that inventory is a thing and that just handing me two large drinks cost them money. However, it was not busy, there was no one behind me, and I could have spared a few minutes to wait for them to fix it. I even would have gone in to have it fixed so it didnt run up their drive-thru time. Nope, “that’s what you paid for.” I said “fine” because I’ve had no caffine and nothing to eat, and I don’t wanna deal with her or her attitude. When I checked my food it was soggy, falling out of the packaging and just thrown in the bag. I have never been rude to these people, I always laugh and talk with the staff, have been very accomodating as a customer, and have always had a positive experience with them until this morning. I dont know what her problem was, but I did not appriciate being spoken to like that, she didn’t even offer to fix the problem or apologize. Nothing. Just straight up attitude for no reason. Was having a great morning until I went through her drive through and had to eat the soggy food that “I paid for”. She really ruined my day in the few minutes I talked to her. I hardly ever get breakfast from them anymore and I think after today I wont be after that encounter.

This is the slowest McDonald’s around. Yesterday I ordered through the app. I was told “its gonna be a few minutes” when I finally got to the speaker. Not wanting to wait i tried to cancel my order which cant be done on the app. So i went inside to get a refund. I was told i have to cancel through the app and that they didn’t even see my order on the screen. I was also told that the reason they were so slow is because they were breaking everything down because they close at 11 and this was 7:20 pm. Ultimately I decided to wait the 30 mins in the drive through since i had no way of getting my money back at this point. Funny how when i wanted a refund they couldn’t see my order but when i was at the speaker they magically found it. I understand trying to get stuff done before close but 3 and a half hours early is ridiculous especially when it causes wait times like that. They should never be called “fast food” again.

The inside is absolute disgusting (including the restrooms.) There are plates and cups still on empty tables, food thrown everywhere, there was syrup spilled all over the front counter that was dripping onto the floor. The customer service is terrible and my orders have constantly been wrong. The drive through and inside are incredibly slow. Overall, it’s not a good experience. I’d expect better, even in Fairview.

The inside is very disgusting. Tables have not been cleaned in some time, trash on tables, every surface is sticky. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like if it’s this gross inside.

Sorry sorry sorry… I ask for no cheese on my sandwiches and get cheese. I ask for a biscuit sandwich and get a McMuffin. I finally got tired of jus having to deal with what I get now I’ve had it. They offer to replace things but for crying out loud. Service has jus declined sooo far! Everywhere! Cannot wait for the grand reset!
