Then tries to tell me that my order is not at this location even though I selected the location and showed proof of the order location. The manager tells me that was fake and I’m a liar. I ordered a quarter pounder meal, and because this store never get your order right I checked my burger before I left the store. Upon opening the box it was black grease on lid inside the box and all over the top of the bun. I asked the manager for another quarter pounder and she said it would be the sam way with black grease on it. I said that is unacceptable and she got rude and started talking crazy so I told her she rude and have bad customer service, then I asked every employee for the corporate manager number and no one would give to asked for my money and said no I have to wait until she got done try to fix the bun machine. I had to argue with them for 30-40 minutes to get kicked out. I had to cal the police and then she decided to give me my refund

The service could have been better, if not faster. The staff (Wal-Mart and McDonald’s employees) were horse playing which definitely shouldn’t happen by people handling your food but it was in front of customers. This is not the first time. Management needs to be more hands on.

I ordered a Big Mac asking for only Mustard & Slivered Onions. What I got was Nickle size Mustard Squirt with an equal amount of the Hydrated Onions sitting on top of it. I ate it anyway when I got home, but was disappointed with the lack of condiments that I requested.
