Ordered the two cheeseburger meal, 20 minutes after they started serving lunch. Buns on both are hard almost stale and burgers were room temp at best. The doctor is flat and taste like syrup, fries are so salty they are inedible.

30 minutes is too long to wait on food at a fast food establishment. Had to do self order but the payment option was not working at the kiosk so we had to pay a cashier and then, we waited. When food and drinks were finally ready, the coffee drinks had no coffee in them, only sweetners and milk…

The burger meat was a bit dry but good. The fries were crispy, super hot, just the right amount of salt, our order was 100%. Three complaints with the whole thing- one, inside the floor was so disgusting I was sliding across the floor on some type of slime (no, the floor was not wet.) And two, the employee who took our order was so absolutely blitzed she couldn’t keep track of what we told her our order was… which we did 4 times. Lastly, zero toilet paper in the bathroom. At all. It was awful.

I went here to get a sweet tea and once I made it to the second window, a staff member told me that they were out of sweet tea. I asked for a refund for the tea and the staff member (a teenager) said ok and closed the window. Suddenly I heard yelling and I sat there for 10 minutes wondering if I was going to get my refund. No one ever came back to the window and I was very disappointed in the service. I’ll be going to the McDonald’s in Tiger Town from now on.

Horrible. When it rains or just in general from time to time. They will say, “Inside only.” huh – Why would you want customers to come in the inside? My thoughts are that they do not want to be bothered. Because nine times out of ten, they know the reason the person is going through the drive-thru is for convenience. But anyhow, customer service here sucks, always! Fries are dry as a desert bone, and a lot of the times, the food is barely warm. I hope management changes this soon.

I would give zero stars if possible. Received one half full cup of sweet tea then the other wasn’t even sweet tea. My receipt shows sweet tea. I thought the order was pretty simple being that I only ordered two drinks. You’d think they’d get that right but on top of the wrong order they ignored every word I said and was incredibly rude when I voiced my concern for the incorrect items. Never going to this location again. Needs new management or to just close down completely.

Absolutely awful service. Pay window clerk (self proclaimed manager) was absolutely horrific. From the moment we pulled up to her window she made obvious attempts to cause tension between customer and employee. I have never had a comfortable experience at this location. McDonald’s corporation… please show some dignity and restaff this location with a higher quality employee that has a basic understanding of the very simple fact that they chose this job, it’s not being forced upon them and they need to have a small level of respect for the customer and most of all themselves. McDonald’s, watch video footage, listen to the rude and confrontational behavior of your staff. Pay attention to the LONG wait times at your “fast food” establishment. This location has the scum of the earth serving paying customers with a terrible attitude and confrontational comments. These people should not be allowed to leave their homes much less represent a AMERICAN staple burger establishment!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s. I orederd at the kiosk and the food came after 15 minutes but there were few people in the building. They forgot one of my drinks so I went to the counter. I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody even looked at me. There was another person who stood at the counter for 20 minutes before his food (one sandwich) eventually came. People around us all were missing items from their orders. It was pretty much ridiculous. McDonald’s used to be the gold standard for service and consistency, not anymore! Avoid this one like the plague.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds stores on earth. Visited the Auburn, AL, Opelika Road location on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at about 7 a.m. I do not like using a kiosk so went to the counter to be served. An employee looked at me, said nothing, and continued filling orders for the drive thru. I waited about 5 minutes at which time she looked at me a second time and said she would help me shortly. That turned out to be an additional 5 minutes. When she finally came to the register she made it clear to me that I should be using the kiosk. She was obviously tired and grumpy. What a shame she’s even in the “customer service” business. So let me ask….Whether I place my order at a kiosk or at the counter shouldn’t I still get equally good service? And if I should, would a McDonalds store manager at this location please let this poor woman know. I can certainly take my money elsewhere.

The service wasn’t bad. The young man explained where my food was and which beverages were, which. However, he handed me a wet cup holder. Not really a big deal except by the time I got home it had gotten soggy. I almost dropped them because it was no longer sturdy, spilling drink on my shirt; then when I picked up my overly stuffed bag (because 2 bags is too much to ask) the bag ripped and i lost two of my three fries. (To my dogs’ excitement). By the time I got all that cleaned up, my fries were soggy (now surrendering this third container of fries to the dogs). No one had any food except the animals and I basically burned 24 dollars.
