It is what it is, but good grief this poor Big Mac should have been taken to pasture. Probably the worst Big Mac I’ve ever had. Wasn’t even about to go back up to the counter to complain, took a while to get this poor specimen. Plus the manager on duty wasn’t in a good mood already. Lesson learned, thanks buddy for the recommendation. Should have went to Jacks instead.

Tables were dirty even though we were the only ones in the building. Spent 40 bucks on food and drinks and asked for 2 water cups. The manager said, “We don’t do that, we’ll have to get it back here.” Stating they didn’t have water in the lobby. However, there was water which made me believe they just didn’t trust us to get water Which is crazy because we were dining in and had bought 3 other drinks. Aside from this, the staff was just rude and the food was cold and the bathrooms were gross. I will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future as should you.

I have 11 grandkids, so I visit McDs often; my app racks up points like crazy. I have never gotten sick before, but this time …. in less than 20 minutes, both of us were sick. We ate different things so it wasn’t any one item.

McDonald’s in Stevenson AL…food was fair….bathrooms were fair but no paper towels…tables were dirty…drink machine area was dirty with spilled drinks everywhere and no napkins..no ketchup in dispenser…floor was not clean..lots of flies on the windows…

We stopped in while on the road from way up north in Pennsylvania, going down to the deep south. Thought it’d be a good quick in-out. There were employees smoking and vaping right at the entrance. Walking in, the bathroom was a mess, as was the dining area. Tables were all dirty, and the drink counter top was all disheveled – straws and napkins everywhere. Employees were back in the food prep area goofing around. fully bearded food prep person didn’t have a beard net on, coughing in their hands and prepping food. That was what really did it in for us.. we walked right out and over to their next door neighbor.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, the bathroom has toilet paper on the floor, the trash was overflowing and just overall not clean. Placed order inside (2 sandwiches and 6 pc nugget) took about 10… while half of the staff was goofing around or getting food for random people/friends sitting around the front counter. Night shift needs to do better and less time goofing off.

We found a hair in our biscuit. We waited for a hour or more and the bread was hard. There was workers out in the parking lot just talking a chatting the phone was ringing off the hook and they just kept ignoring it. They had the door Propped open with a cone and you could here the phone ringing.
