Would give a zero if I could. I needed a drink and the kiosk states “skip the line and order here”. I paid before 4 other customers even entered the store and they got their order before me. When I asked the associate why the wait was so long for a simple drink, she got mad and slammed my drink on the counter. I would have left but had already paid. I waited 30 minutes for a sweet tea. I will never stop there again. Ever.

This establishment needs a new crew for the afternoon. Anytime between the hours of 9-4 I come in and see the managers struggle to keep employees in their assigned spots. Service is slow and unorganized, The food is a flip of the coin it can be good yet many times it’s garbage. My kid likes the chicken nuggets and that’s why we go, but the last time it was burnt tasting. He hasn’t asked me to return to that store we now go down the road to the other store.

It took awhile to get the food but the staff there is always friendly and amazing. They’re the best in the area. The one that’s connected to the gas station on the highway is great too. The McDonalds over by wendy’s on Avalon could use a lesson from these folks. I avoid that McDonald’s at all costs. Im trying not to go to any fast food places but when I do, I want nice people there because I’m nice.

Drive-thru staff was nice! My fries were cold as I drive-off, so warmup in microwave in my hotel room right across the street, plus my sundae was wasting all over me and my bag because of top. Eventhough I enjoyed it! Apple pie cold too!

I love coffee so I stop every morning and get a Frappuccino. For some reason this morning the ladies working must not have been trained properly as they argued with me that Frappuccino’s come hot. I know for a fact that there is no such thing as a hot frappe. On the receipt you could clearly see I was charged for a cappuccino. Which is fine! I just don’t understand why they couldn’t accept the mistake and fix the drink. Instead of offering to remake it with what I actually ordered they just made me take the cappuccino still calling it a frappe. When I finally just took the drink it was half full. They didn’t even try to make it look full. The foam line only reached barley 3/4 up the cup the coffee itself less then half. Luckily this morning I used a coupon code and the drink was free but I’m very disappointed in the experience I had.

For a mobile order they didn’t bring the drinks out. Went in to get the drinks and the Coke and Sprite were both flat. Fries were soggy. Chicken sandwich was all gristle. Hamburgers were mediocre. What happened to putting pickles on them? I generally avoid leaving negative reviews like this but our experience was awful.

First off, this was my second time in a week coming here. First time, I ordered a double quarter plain and they gave it to me with only mayonnaise. Today, I ordered a plain double quarter again and they gave me one with everything on it. Are they really that incompetent that they can’t read a screen and get one of the simplest orders right?? When you come in contact with workers at the window, there is no greeting or no one saying have a nice day or nothing. Atmosphere is really bad.
