Went through the drive-thru and after they took 2 orders on the other side, they finally got to me. All I was ordering was a big mac for my daughter. After sitting in line with only 2 other cars for between 15-20 mins I finally got up to the window. They tried giving me the wrong order, and then charged me $5.32 for a big Mac. Didn’t say thank you, come again, nothing. I’ve already told my kids we will NOT be going back for quite a while. They have become very slow in the past two weeks and they’re just not polite anymore. I’ll be more than happy to give my business and my money to another place.

This time was actually really good! They got my order right and even gave me all the sauces and extras I ordered, the food was super fresh, like hot fries that we had to let cool down kind of fresh, and while I had to wait for about 10 minutes or so for them to bring the order out (online pick-up from the app) I feel like it was worth it to have my order as good as it was. They’ve let me down quite a bit recently, messed up food or missing items, but this was a really great visit and I give them a whole lot of credit for that.

I had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the drive thru. They missed a meal, gave me no straws or napkins. When I went back to get my missing food and straws the lady looked at me crazy like her giving me straws for the drinks I paid for came directly out of her paycheck.
