Update: I like this McDonalds so much more then the one on Florence Blvd. it’s cleaner and the employees are way nicer. The AC has finally been fixed, thank God cause it felt awful and I really felt bad for the employees. Food was fresh, fries were hot, service was good. They were swamped and there’s only a few employees but lobby was clean.

Walked in the the black girl with braids and a purple shirt on said can we close the dining room…. Then the manager was on the phone and said to whom she was talking to can we shut the dining room… Why be so rude because you are under staffed I work in the restaurant business and I teach my people don’t be rude… Greet the customer and acknowledge them…. Everyone in that establishment was RUDE … I will definitely be going to another restaurant and get the information needed to get those people removed

What can I say folks – it’s McDonald’s! We went through the drive through at lunch time just for a cup of coffee for a friend who’s in a nursing home. FYI: If you’re just getting a cup of coffee, GO INSIDE! It’s not worth your time to sit through the drive through 20 minutes for a cup of coffee! Plus, they didn’t give us a little tray to carry it in, with the creamers and sugar in separate containers (which we asked for) that were just handed to us through the window, which we had to juggle all the way to our destination. Luckily, not far. I’m not bashing McDonald’s – just be smart about the best options for service there – or at any fast food place, for that matter!

They completely botched my order. Stuck me with food I didn’t order as “I can’t take that back”. Didn’t give me the order of waters I asked for, charged me more for those. Didn’t give me a large fry I ordered. I go back through and try to fix my problem, they call me the “bottle water guy”, I try to show them the recipe, and the woman tells me “don’t pop a attitude with me” etc. They say I’m lying and reluctantly give me large fry, then I get fries with lip stick on it. Pictures included. The nuggets had black debris in them. Was a total train wreck. For 35 dollars, expected a little better. Found eye lashs in my food also. Ridiculous. Thrown away the food. Will not be back.
