I’ve forgotten to respond to so many texts. Sometimes it’s intentional. I’m busy, I don’t want to talk to that person, or I’m trying to find the perfect reply. When McDonald’s only put 3 McNuggets in my friend’s 4 piece McNugget meal, it felt like an unanswered text. At first I assumed they forgot, but that seemed like something pretty big to forget. It’s 25% of the meal. Then I started to think, were they too busy to add one more McNugget to the order? Or was it more personal than that? Was it something my friend and I did that made them decide they don’t like us. So they purposely only gave us 3. Or was is the opposite, they wanted to make it perfect for us. They may have took a lot of time and care in picking out 3 McNuggets. When they were searching for the fourth, they simply couldn’t find one that lived up to the standard of the previous three. Their perfection got in the way of completing the order.

I go to this McDonald’s Every day for breakfast at 6:00 AM thru the drivel thru. The lady that takes my order is so nice and even says hello Mr. Wayne every time. My food is always hot and the order is right. I drive 5 miles to go to this location. It is the best one in town. If you have a problem with your order tell them and they will make it right.

They always saying there ice-cream machine is down left a shake and frappe out my order I ordered with door dash when called said shake machine was down but I could come pick up my frappe and they swap shake for a frappe that was whole reason I ordered door dash but yet still had to come get my drinks they did not call or anything if I wouldn’t have called I would just been out my drink then when went back still only gave one drink had to turn back around and come back for the other one then she was like give me back that bag I can’t let you take that order open like that like it’s my order yall done messed up the door dash order where I had to come up here personally and pick up the order worst manager and customer service ever
