Horrible..place I literally waited and said Hello for someone to acknowledge me on the second speaker.When another car pulled up and was immediately acknowledged ,so I pulled a head towards the window.I was ushered ahead told at the first window the second window had to take my order moved to the second window was told by the female manager I had to pull back around to have my order taken. Normally this location is good when I go around lunch time etc maybe I just need to stick to the lunch crew cause the evening shift sucks at customer service. Common sense if the second speaker is not working have yourself or one of the crew members to place a cone in it’s space.

Update : Tonight at McDonald’s the woman at the window was so rude. She did not get the order right; I had to ask for a receipt. When I got the receipt, I saw she charged me for a Donation. I don’t mind giving a donation when I am asked; however, I was not asked if I wanted to make a donation. Her pink hair and her very, very long pink fingernails with items glued on top of them did not make it easy for her to handle the food or even to hand it to me through the drive-through window. These issues need to be addressed.

The staff was friendly and the service was very quick. The iced coffee leaves much to be desired, but the sausage egg cheese biscuit was great. Seems pretty high quality overall, but the parking and accessibility is awful, so be ready for that.

Stay away from all McDonald’s period. But i couldnt i was hungry, before i even place my order i hear then cracking jokes at me through the mic. when they give my order, they f it up and give me a chicken and when i get to the drive thru window and say this is the wrong order they instantly give me an rude attitude and call me a racist. I will never be going that McDonald’s again.

I received horribly undercooked french fries on two orders I made. When I bit into them the center of one french fry It was exceptionally white like fresh uncooked potatoes. The fries also had absolutely no salt on them whatsoever which added to the bad uncooked taste. The sandwich that I received was loosely wrapped with things spilling out of the sides. This is the most unprofessional experience that I have had at this restaurant to date. This is simply unacceptable for any restaurant in this high standards area where one can purchase a handmade salad that cost over $12.
