I’m can’t walk and my mother go to get me a steak egg bagel and they put another bagel with bacon witch is not the one ordered in the paper wrap that is for the steak egg. I call them of what happens and they just tell me that they can do nothing about it if someone don’t come to replace it with the ticket. So how I will do that if I don’t have anyone to go because they the person who go to get me the breakfast left all ready. This is not the first time this happens, even by apps the send the wrong order just because they don’t check the order or not be listening of what are they doing.

Ver fast drive thru. We had a pretty good experience. The food was fresh and hot. The drinks were a little too sweet but good. It wasn’t hot enough though. Over all the food was good for when we were hungry. The staff were good, nothing great but nothing bad either. This was a usual little stop and experience. Nothing big just a McDonald’s.

I was disappointed with the customer service at McDonald’s. The manager’s behavior was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable, especially since I was with my children. I believe McDonald’s should prioritize creating a kid-friendly environment and promote respectful and friendly interactions with customers.

Food was decent. Service is only OK; often quite slow, even if there is only 1 car ahead. Often it takes 30 seconds – 1 minute to even be acknowledged at the speaker. Several times the order isn’t right, but I often don’t know that until I am home with multiple bags of food.

I went through the drive thru, and both of the people that helped me were so kind, I can’t say that about any other mcds in the area! It’s McDonald’s, so I’m not expecting the food to be 5 star but it was hot and fresh, also my order was correct and quick, so that’s a bonus and something that doesn’t always happen at any other fast food location. Good job to this Minneola location!

The scariest moment today when an employee from 2281 OCOEE Apopka Rd, OCOEE, came out and got OUT OF CONTROL and used inappropriate cursing language to me for notifying that my order was wrong and that I needed a new sandwich. It was so inappropriate that I had to call the OCOEE Police. That’s how unsafe and unprotected I felt.
