If I could give 0 star I would! Not the fist time I have had a negative experience at this location but after a few months, I thought I would try again and the drive through service was even worse – hence me writing a review. I pulled up to give my order and there was no one to greet me or ask to take my order. I even said ‘hello’ several times but there was no reply. After waiting until 3 cars had given orders in the opposite lane, I drove forward to give my order at the window. The young girl opened the window and I said there must be a problem with the speaker as no one asked to take my order. She very rudely replied saying they were dealing with the woman’s order before me. I said that does not validate why no one spoke with me to ask me to wait a moment, etc. She just repeated herself even louder and then said what do you want. I was about to leave but my mother wanted to treat my daughters and get a meal for herself. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, large fries, 2 more fries, & 3 shakes. Paid and pulled forward to window 1 as she did not say whether it was window 1 or 2 and no one was at window 1 so I tried window 2. Several minutes later someone came to window 1 so I reversed and a lady gave me some shakes. I told her what had happened with the very rude cashier at the previous window and she just smiled and gave me the food order (without checking it was even our order). We pulled away and half way home my mother discovered her double quarter pounder with cheese was a quarter pounder with no cheese and tasted extremely salty to the point she could not eat it. The fries were also awful – they were limp and barely warm so only the shakes were edible. After spending nearly $30 and experiencing awful customer service – I felt compelled to write a review. This location is shockingly bad at customer service and is in dire need of staff training! I feel, however, that they will not take action but this is one family who will not be visiting this location in future.

Sherry and Robert were amazing. Our kid’s meal had an open pack of apple slices and we were missing the chocolate milk and Sherry promptly fixed this for us. She even tried to get them a different toy. The place was super clean and Robert was actively surveying the dining room anticipating everyone’s needs. Best experience I’ve had in a McDonald’s in a long time.

It’s inconsistent. Sometimes it takes a long time to get your food (if you’re sitting inside) and sometimes it comes speedily (and our order never changes, just one meal). Several times at the drive-thru they asked if we wanted a boy or girl toy and then got the opposite gender toy from the one we asked for. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and sometimes it stale and cold. It’s a relatively new restaurant (just opened a year ago) and their automated kiosks have been broken and unusable.

As a frequent McDonald’s customer, I can truly say this establishments food is wonderful; yet management is terrible. I have witnessed Gloria GM be absolutely disgusting to her employees.. which then concludes to the atmosphere being terrible due to that. There needs to be serious investigation launched.

Wow I hadn’t ate at McDonald’s in a long time for dinner…the burger was a waaaay over priced mush sandwich and maybe a inch smaller than it was when I last remembered having one. I don’t know who eats here it must be out of nostalgia or perhaps habit. The breakfast is over priced but good. They have forgotten who they are..

On this account I review buisinesses I visit with my service dog in training, Barbie. I had to stop in recently-coincidentally after having access issues at a local doctors office. We felt safe and the facilities were clean. The food and diet coke(I am an diet coke connoisseur) and that was great too. This mcdonald’s has a cool external appearance for those who like going to funky places because it fits the Celebration aesthetic. It is pretty busy, but it was the end of the day when we stopped by. Thank you for a great visit!
