Visited store# 35831, order 2 pancake and sausage meals, via drivethru. So girl at window, tells me to park in handicap spot, whuch is illegal. Waited 20 mins. Finally a lady comes out with bags with bags labeled with color of car. She comes to me 1st, and states, she does not read english and ask me to find my bag. So, bags are labeled, white car, black car, red car. Mind you, my car is blue. So i told lady, none of bags are for me. I waited a additional 15 mins. And i go inside and ask to speak to manager. So manager MARIA, asked me what I ordered, i told her my order, and she goes its right here, labeled black car..so, i told her i would like a fresh order, and she refused. Worst service at that location, and Manager MARIA, needs people skill and learn how to run a operation.

Ordered a chocolate shake. They gave me a vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate. I could barely see any chocolate whatsoever, and there was no taste of chocolate at all! They told me that is how the machine makes them. BS! I worked at a McD before, I know how it should look and taste. Fix your machine! The attached pic is what it should look like!

They have excellent coffee and steak and cheese bagels (something they don’t offer in NC where I live.) But most importantly, I was greeted by the most kind and friendly staff. Thank you for your service.

Nice service but they will give you half cheese when you order the Fish sandwich. Also they won’t give you ketchup for your French fries. Maybe they are on a budget.

No photos. The wait was crazy in the drive thru. Once I entered, it was very busy with customer servicing in progress. Watching the employees in motion with a concern for neatness. So, we waited about three or four minutes for someone to notice us at the counter. Our oder was placed, and we sat down. Our food was brought to us with a smile. The food was blessed as we always do everywhere we go. Awesome cheeseburgers and fries. The drink was very good too. I got my coffee ☕️ and it was superb. Yes, after 10 pm, the freshest of coffee. Great service by the gentleman at the front. No employee bashing. No employee screaming. No employee shouting. I was taken by surprise. It’s too bad that I’m not planning on returning. We’re two hours away. Thank you for the service and food, and coffee.

If I could give minus 0 I would. Just got home and had stopped by to order food for my grandson. This is a joke. I ordered a happy meal of 4 pieces chicken nuggets. What they gave me was a box with what I believe is ranch inside. No nuggets. It’s unbelievable. My mistake was that I didn’t check the contents of the box until I got home. Shame on them. And I can’t even get through on the phone. The number doesn’t work.

Very rude staff. I loved coming here because of carmen! But everyone else is trash and has nasty attitudes… find better staff! I will personally go out of my way to avoid this place 0/10 !

Ah, another business that likes to pick and choose when they operate business. Seems to have the same thing in common with the Taco Bell just down the road. Except with this one, they just like to block their drive thru with their bun crates. Or one of my favorites at very random hours is “sorry our system is down, we can only accept cash. Seems to be very convenient especially at times where they’d typically have full business. Funny thing is, I’ve been told they do this so they don’t have to cook before breakfast shift. Smh, do better.

So i know this is hard to believe but today i had the most unfortunate experience at McDonald’s. I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal from this place. I got a large sprite and a large fries. When i grabbed the bag containing the sandwich the bag literally broke and then literally the chicken patty fell out and went on my pants and on my car floor. Leaving the two buns inside. I was so unbelievably furious because i was just exhausted and tired after a appointment with a doctor. So this happening was the icing on the cake. I rated 1 star because how can a establishment allow the bags to literally break apart under only the weight of the sandwich made for the bag and have it fall out and ruin my or anyones clean clothes. All in all McDonald’s please do better this incident occured between 2:00-2:10 pm today.
