My husband ordered a meal by the number on the menu and then started to tell her what i wanted and she said you already have a cheese burger and my husband said yes i know this is a different order so then she makes a separate order on a separate check.. it was so complicated she couldn’t understand anything he said and messed up what the sandwhich even was even though she heard every word and repeated back words. When we pull up to the window we get a nice guy who understands a bit more and he fixes the mistakes on the order but they forgot the drink and didn’t give us the receipt otherwise i would leave a survey. The woman who was taking drive through orders kept mean mugging us and rolling her eyes. Turns out shes the manager. I don’t know how someone with such a bad attitude and lack of communication skills gets to become a manager. I actually was going to order more but after trying to order just a simple sandwhich with bacon cheese and onion i decided it wasn’t worth the energy.

A certain worker there loves to be in the bathroom, talking on the phone very loud and likes to talk on the phone where customers eat. I like to enjoy my food without someone yelling on the phone when I was the only one with friends in the back area tables near the bathroom. The strawberry shortcake mcflurry is not like the pictures it shows more, but the one I got barely had anything in it.

Great new layout spoiled by trash all over the place. People are too lazy to throw their trash out and it ends up on floor and tables. Staff too busy in kitchen to clean dining area. They should just close dining area and make it drive through only. Mrs. said ladies room was a horror because someone left a mess … not McD’s fault. Mens room was clean. Great double quarter pounder and fries. Mediocre spicy chicken sandwich. Staff acts like they’re in prison … they serve you at the counter, but reluctantly and without any positive attitude. Quite a contrast to the clean, well staffed, polite folks at Burger King two stores down.

I tried to make an order of one McDouble, one mcchicken, McNugget meal with sauce, fries and coke. I said it twice and it was confirmed at the drive thru. I go ahead and pay and when I receive the food all we got was the McNuggets and fries. We circle around and spoke with the lady in the drive thru and she denied that we ordered that and we tried to make an order to pay for the rest of the food. She called us crazy and that we didn’t know anything. She was quite disrespectful to my wife by calling her slurs and laughing with her work colleagues. Honestly her slurred speech was evident of drug use and I recommend not ever going to this spot again.

I ordered a spice chicken sandwich that came with so much sauce I think they were messing with me. I also ordered an apple pie that wasn’t in the bag. I ordered 4 piece McNuggets…. the container CAME WITH A TON OF WIERD SAUCE IN IT(see the picture) Am I being pranked? That is obviously not a mistake. I have not been to a McDonald in years. This is my first time back and I assure you it will now be my last. Disgusting, they weren’t even busy to call it a mixup.
