I just don’t get why McDonald’s can’t get better workers like Chick-fil-A their food is the same price. I went to this location and I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a McDouble went back to get what I order and they gave me this! A greasy double cheeseburger bread soggy and not eatable at all. McDonald’s need do get rid of that timer they put on these low paid employees. That makes them rush our food out any kind of way. At this point I’m not eating this garbage no more.

My family and I have been to this location several times, and each time both the service and the food has been unacceptable. Yesterday was the last straw. We get there, and there are only 3 cars in line. We have a very easy, straightforward order. 15 mins of waiting later, we get part of our order. You see, these overpaid careless employees, once again, forgot to give my kids their apple juices with their happy meals. This seems to be a reoccurring problem at ALL McDonalds. However, my wife’s Big Mac was cold too, and tasted like the garbage that it is (I refuse to eat their food). Furthermore, one of my kid’s chicken nuggets tasted weird too. If I wanted slow service, I would have gone next door to Wendy’s, as at least the food would be cooked and taste much better. This location needs to be shut down or sold to someone who can actually manage it. It’s run by a bunch of careless kids, and nobody seems to care.

Coming to airport in Orlando for family pick-up and stopped by McDonald’s, but my wife said Chick-fil-A. I insisted on Nuggets, so we’re at McDonald’s. Straight work in my uniform and ordered 20 dollars worth of food. Looking at staff and checking out upgrades since my last visit to Orlando. Staff checking, putting my food together, just standing and playing in his face and running his hand thru his hair , and lastly, running his hand down his face. Now I’m just waiting on this action. He grabbed my fries with his nasty hands and place then in the bottom of the bag.

Orders are usually correct, but even if we are the only person in line and I’ve ordered ahead on the mobile app, it still takes almost 10 minutes to get our food. For two happy meals and a combo, there’s no reason it should take that long.

3 times in the last 2 weeks at this location and the order has been messed up every time. The girl at the window was the same cashier all 3 times. She is always rude and has zero personality. Food has been terrible all 3 times and looks like trash. This location should be ashamed of themselves for their employees behavior and work ethic. I don’t even know what kind of burger the picture is but looks nasty and definitely isn’t the chicken nuggets that were ordered.

This place is horrible! The operation is a hot mess! I went inside and ordered an iced coffee, and guess what, no one cares to make it for me! Because everyone was running around and don’t know what they are doing! I asked the person who looks like a manager about my order, instead making my coffee, she turned away and then put on her earphone and took order for drive through! What the hack! And the worse part is, she took my receipt!!! If you didn’t want to make my coffee thats fine, but at least give my receipt back!! Horrible place! So disoriented!!! Avoid as possible!

I placed a mobile order and I went through the drive-through at 11:46 PM to pick up my order. The speaker answered. I am guessing it’s an automated machine but I also know everyone in the kitchen has a headset so there is someone listening I gave my answer and I waited briefly 1 min and I proceeded to drive to the second window, because my food is paid. The gentleman at the window asked me to go back to the drive-through and repeat my order through the speaker again because it’s a policy. The best part is that I was the only car on the line. No waiting car nothing. I called that a stupid service. Other than that the food was great work on your service!!!!

A truly atrocious experience. Went to get some simple drive through food, and when we pulled up to the drive through the employee was cursing out another employee. You know, we let that slide, actually tried to make a casual comment about it. Hey we get it, we’ve all been there. We were then told to pull up yo wait for our shake, and we did. Waited and waited and waited. So we went in, asked for my shake, and was met with attitude from the same employee. She made no effort to make or start my drink. Upon asking for fresh fries, since we had been waiting with our food for about twenty minutes, We were met with zero acknowledgment of our request, flat out ignored until I went out to get my soggy fries. It was at this point that the girl working the drive through, the same employee, miss Kayla Gomez, started to laugh at me, mock, me and curse to my face. Her co workers had told her to stop berating me multiple times, and the manager on duty did virtually nothing until I said I was going to report the store. It wasn’t until then that was treated like a paying customer like I should have been from the start. I was just trying to get the food I paid for, somewhat hot and fresh. The level of un professionalism is unreal, and I wasted 40 minutes of my life to get berated by an actual child. I frequent this McDonald’s as I live very close, and I DO expect a follow up from the manager, Chris.

If this is a franchise restaurant then the franchisee needs to sell back to corporate. If this is a corporate store then there needs to be a serious QC check. I ordered at the kiosk, which didn’t work. Went to the counter and waited. And waited. Finally got helped and the food came out to go. 3 cups and a paper bag shoved at me. Why waste the materials when a tray would have been more appropriate? Then I needed to fix a drink order and get sauce which wasn’t in the bag. I stood at the counter for WAY to long while literally every employee (8) worked the drive thru. 2 people, including the manager, made eye contact when walking past me twice but never acknowledged me. I wonder how long I would have waited had so not raised my voice to get someone’s attention.
