Most poorly managed McDonald’s in Hillsborough County. The old man dressed like Fat Albert at the second window was extremely rude to us. When we asked for some sauce for the two kids meals that we ordered, he rolled his eyes and said it was already in the boxes (it was not) and then gave us one sauce. Apparently he thought he was the sauce police and that the sauce came out of his paycheck. We just wanted what we paid for, nothing more and nothing less. In edition, one of my kids meals only had two apple slices in the bag. My kids shouldn’t have to suffer because you hate your job, do better!

I drive a extra 2 miles to come to this McDonald’s because it’s the cleanest it don’t matter what time I come in you always see somebody cleaning , greeting you as soon as you walk in, food is always prepare like you see on the commercials

Did a mobile order pick up in the drive-thru. However, was rudely told that I had to come inside to get my order. So I walked in the facility to retrieve my order. Every worker and the facility continue to have a attitude. Overall the service address location sucks. Also had to ask for condiments Check you food before you leave…. Definitely not patronizing this mcdonald’s.

I visited this macdonalds on Sunday on 8/20/23 and a lady said thru drive thru microphone to go order inside, same issue happened a week ago from that weekend too. We went back in May 2923 and same problem they only take orders inside I don’t know what their problem is I can tell the owners that a lot of cars left because they kept telling everyone in their vehicle to get down and order inside only. I give zero star to this location.

They told me to go to the reserved parking spot to wait for my order and I think they lowkey forgot about me. So I went inside after a small wait and they made it real fast and they threw in a free cookie and fry so I’ll take it .

Wanted a quick bite with a friend. We sat at the speaker in the right drive thru and watched as people in the left lane got their orders taken and pulled forward. After 3 cars went ahead of us and no one answering us when we tried talking into the speaker, I decided to park and walk in. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, the first person in line. The workers kept looking at myself and the people gathering behind me but no one came to take our orders. Finally, a woman yelled out to us that there were only 3 of them working and therefore she could not take our order at the counter and we would have to use a kiosk. I walked to the nearest kiosk and the screen said it was not in service. The second kiosk said the same thing. I gave up and left, and my friend and I drove off with no food after over 20 minutes of waiting. Absolutely pathetic.

One employee was standing busy on her phone. The other was seriously standing over the fry area eating over it. What is wrong with these employees?!?! August 20th at 10:10 pm. Order was placed in a wet bag and when I asked about it the female rolled her eyes took the bag and set it on the counter and walked away without a word into the back.

We ordered off their robots because we couldn’t get service at the counter. We both ordered a meal combo. We sat down, and they brought it out minus our drinks she asked us what we ordered for drinks and never came back with them. My wife went up to get our drinks. There were five people standing around no one would help her, so she stepped around the counter, and then they came over and told her she couldn’t be back there. She told them to give her two cups for our soda.
