Was one of my best experiences ever in a McDonald’s. OUR hostess who took our order, Germaine, had a beautiful smile and warm personality and welcomed us with open arms. We were impressed. This mc Donald’s reminds me of why I don’t eat at McDonald’s. Your midnight shift needs some real attention. Food, Service, atmosphere. Maybe even management needs to switch hands. People want 15 an hour to flip burgers but can’t even produce an order properly.

I dislike the automation. In order to get inside service, I have to go through the drive through and bring it inside myself. The help, what is left of it, is friendly and nice, but the ordering kiosk inside is horrible. Also want to say I have been a McDonalds customer since the first Ray Kroc store in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Waited at the order window for longer than we should’ve. Didn’t hear anyone say anything. We said “hello” a couple times, they never said to hold on. So we left. Poor, slow service & no customer service.

I just had to wait 35 minutes just to put my order in, I am very detailed about my order, the employees were not warm welcome, I had two separate orders on the same ticket, but they are combo meals, I asked nicely to please put them in their own bag, when I get to the window, and my order pass out to me everything was just thrown in the bag, the fries were not in their fry box, napkins underneath the food order, and no sauce or ketchup in the bag as I did asked while placing my order, it’s this location it’s the location on congress in Boynton Beach, and the location located west Palm Beach Ockchobee blvd, I am so tired of calling corporate on them, Zi am done with McDonald’s, not to mention their chicken sandwich’s are not being cooked all the way through, hopefully this review will get the BIG PEOPLE attention, and get it right, if they even care.

Extremely disappointed with the walk-in service. Drive thru and door dash more important then customers who walk in. The experience of a sit down restaurant is long gone here.

Horrible service, workers seem to not care or pay attention to wanting to serve you, when I asked a worker to give me a refill since she was already in the lobby cleaning and on her way back to the counter she told me to ask the guy that was busy taking orders, will never be coming back to this place

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches (egg Mcmuffin) both had rubbery muffins like nuked leftovers. Lousy sandwiches. Updated 6/2023 I ordered on the app and chose curbside pickup for breakfast sandwiches. After arriving, I waited in my car 15 minutes and still no food. I tried to call – no answer. I had to go into the restaurant and she brought to me at the counter. I won’t be using that service again.

Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonalds to my home when I order Door Dash for my children and without fail there’s either something wrong with the order or food is horrible. I’ve stopped ordering because this location is so bad.
