As a paying customer I felt appalled at the way the female manager who seems to be running the show was treating the employees I felt like it was very unfair to them. She looked at me and asked what did you order and I told her I ordered a large fry and she turned to the employees and barked at them saying “this man has been waiting way too long for his large fries can someone please get him a large fry right now?!” Meanwhile I have been waiting for all of 30 seconds after making my order. Other costumers who weren’t waiting long at all either looked very uncomfortable too so I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. This is a message to the female manager in the Black “BTB” collared company shirt there is a great book I think you need to read. it’ll really help you truly know how to manage your crew and earn their respect and hearts. it’s called how to Win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. Obedience under a cracking whip will always be with a grudge. Employees that are persuaded to obey by kind words of affirmation will be the employees who will follow you wherever you go. Please be the person that you would like to be lead by. I know you wouldn’t want to be barked at like that. Buy the book! It’s a good one that’s been around for many decades. After I see a response from McDonald’s I will happily remove this review as I’m not trying to embarrass the establishment or turn costumers away. The food is good and I see no other problems.

I came in here for a coffee this morning. Vicky at the register was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Allison, told me where to find local affordable housing and even gave me a hot hash brown for free. I will definitely be coming back, soon and often. I may even apply for a job.

Machines always broke! Frappe or McFlurry. Or their out of whip cream or products ! You pick the excuse. Funny it hasn’t happened till the last couple yrs.maybe a management issue or just too lazy because depending who you ask the problem is never the same! I’ll go across the street Wendy’s for the past 20 years has never had these problems! Take these items off your menu clearly McDonald’s has issues making them!

Sorry guys… but I had a question at the kiosk and pushed the button for help. No one came out… plus… I don’t like touching the screen because it is touched by everyone and is therefore filthy from people’s hands.. I went to the bathroom,man was in the toilet as I was washing my hands, he came out, didn’t wash his hands and went straight to the screen… McDonald’s doesn’t care about their customer’s health apparently… I walked out and didn’t order because there was no one available to take my order the old fashioned way… get your act together McDonald’s!

I live right in hobe sound my entire life, it has always been a problem at this McDonald’s. It can be the food , employees, or most of the time WAITING ! I’ve sat in the drive through for over 25 mins today when they couldn’t answer orders and no cars were at the window, just at the spot where you oder , which is absolutely ridiculous and cars were lined up around the whole building just about so i just left! I couldn’t even tell you how many times I’ve been here an theirs always a problem , the only time there’s not a problem is when it’s 10:30 at night or right before closing time . This McDonald’s seriously needs to step up! This is honest to God sad and a waste of my time, and gas !
