If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an online order and it took 30mins just to get my food. I ordered a caramel frappe and they told me they were out of it. I asked how to get a refund and they said I have to email customer service. I made this order on 5/20 and have contacted customer service numerous times and was told the store has to process the refund and they would email the manager to have them call me. It has been a month and I’m still waiting on $2.89 refund. McDonald’s has lost me as a customer for good.

Great Service….Horrible Sandwich Skills. Went to pick up dinner for the family and I usually check the food before I leave the drive thru. Didn’t have time on this date but when I got home, I cursed myself for not doing so. My son’s order was fine, fries a bit soggy but not a big deal. The problem was my Double Bacon Smokehouse. When I pulled up to pay at the window, they wanted to check over my order cause they thought they were out of one of the ingredients to make this sandwich. Turned out, according to them, all was good so I went ahead and paid, picked up my food and drove home. Turns out that they were actually out of the onion rings and as you can tell from the photos, what I got was not what I paid for. I don’t expect to get exactly what their promo photos represent but honestly, a slight resemblance would be nice.

Everything was fine until I got to the window to get my food. There were 3 windows, the first one to pay, the second and third are to get your food, but there’s no communication about not moving forward from one window to the next. I went from one window to the next because the person before me left. Worker lectured me on moving, but there’s no sign and no one said to NOT move. Every McDonald’s operates the differently and not all have as many windows. Clearly need signage or better training. The lecturing put me off, not a good ending to what would have been a perfectly fine experience.

If I could give them lower than 1 star they would certainly merit it. I was at the drive through window at 10:54pm and they claim they do not close until 11pm. I was at the intercom until 10:58pm and since nobody was answer the intercom, I decided to pull up to the window where they told me 2 minutes before closing that they were closed. Despite me telling them that I was at the intercom before closing, they offered no assistance and would not allow me to speak to a manager. I had to call to speak to a manager and he claimed that he took the last order at 10:57pm (which is still before closing) and that if I was there, I should have heard him, basically telling me that I was lying. I would have settled for an apology but after we went back and forth for a few minutes he simply hung up. No acknowledgement or accountability that it was a mistake on their part, only accusations of dishonesty and attempts to justify themselves. I don’t know who is responsible for training but them and the person I spoke to should honestly not have a job. Absolutely zero apology or accountability or even the pretense of professionalism. Do not go.
