This is THE BEST branch in probably 50 miles! People is very professional food is always fresh and well delivered place is outstandingly clean AT ALL TIMES great job! Hans was always smiling and helping everyone thank you Mac Donald’s for being there for so long for so many of us in a difficult day

The last 3 times I have used their drive thru I was double charged. They do not give you a receipt. Obviously, because they know what they are doing. When I confronted the manager (Anna) about this , she said without receipts their is nothing she will do. Even though I showed here in my mobile banking app that I was charged twice on Three different occasions.

Depending on what time you go, I don’t usually do mornings but the 2 times I did the drive-thru service was TERRIBLE. The young lady was rude and nasty and had a terrible attitude. I believe it was the same person both times. I ended up just driving off and ordering nothing the first time the second time I went through only because the order was for someone else. Mid-Day and evening has been good and people seem much nicer.

Went to eat here at 4:45am, Google says this location is open, I pull up, a guy says we closed, I tell him that both Google and the McDonald’s app says they are open. Again, he says, we close. It would be nice at minimum I’d they had someone who communicate the hours of operations properly and was not rude.

The young lady working the drive-thru in between 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM on April 22, 2023 was incredibly rude for no reason. She did not allow me to finish speaking out my order before she rudely interrupted me and continued to rush me… as if she wasn’t the one who stopped me mid sentence. This isn’t the first time I’ve received horrible customer service at this location… but it’s the drive-thru in particular that’s lacking in quality. Customers don’t need royalty treatment… just human decency. At the end of the day they are being paid to offer a service… not an attitude.

Attempted to order lunch. The soda machine was broken, so no beverages aside from milk. Ordered chicken nuggets and was asked what type of sauce I wanted but then didn’t bother to give me any sauce. Nuggets and fries completely cold

By far the worst service ever anywhere. I was here for 30 minutes for a hamburger. I then asked for a refund as I still hadn’t received my food and they told me to call corporate and kicked me out. I don’t expect much from McDonald employees but this was just ridiculous. I strongly recommended basic remedial introductory training for at least the manager if no one else else. They stole my money.

My order from 4/2 was missing items, sandwiches were not made correctly all the food was stale, very hard and not edible. My order was placed through the McDonalds mobile app. I was directed to contact Uber. I’ve contacted them over 27 times. They’ve requested a refund and done about 13 follow ups. I was told 7-10 days for a refund. It’s been over 2 months still with no resolution. McDonalds tells me to contact Uber. Uber tells me all they can do is request the refund and submit a follow up. I still have not been contacted. Neither company allows me to speak to a supervisor. After 2 months of patiently waiting this is getting ridiculous, very poor customer service. I spent $45 and received nothing edible. I’ve called the actual restaurant multiple times and no one answers the phone.
