People there act like they don’t want to work u say your order they mess it up and u have to wait all over again in line. Better Night Shift staff need to be hired. Service may be quick but best believe you will be missing something or it will be messed up!! Pre tip cook the food how u would want yours made. Ordered a sandwich couldn’t even eat it the meat taste rubbery as hell. Wouldn’t Recommend

Yesterday was my first time at this McDonald’s. The young cashier on duty must be new as that’s the only explanation for what transpired. My husband and I use the app a lot to take advantage of the deals. I was trying to get the buy a breakfast sandwich get one for a .01 but I mistakenly asked for a combo as my husband wanted a hash brown. The deal wasn’t working so I asked the cashier to cancel the combo and ring everything separate so the deal would go through. Inexplicably, she rang up two orange juices and no hash brown and then said that I never asked for a hash brown. I originally asked for a combo which comes with one so basically I did ask for one but I wasn’t going to argue. Low and behold, I get my order and there’s the hash brown. The cashier notices and runs to tell the manager that I didn’t pay for that. Luckily the manager just said to let me have it but that young lady needs more training. You don’t embarrass customers like that. Those incidents are to be handled discreetly and not called out in front of everyone.

The screen was broken when I pulled up so ordered randomly. I was asked to pull up to the second window. Watched 7 cars get their food without me. Finally had to park and leave my daughter in the car to walk in and they all just looked at me “oh” – no apology or anything. They refunded partial order because they gave my my drink
